Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, meaning best growth, is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. In southeast Spain, where the finest Murcian lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges grow, we work closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably source the most exquisite citrus for our Premier Cru Gin. During the late seasons annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, our dedicated suppliers and farmers handpick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer.

A previously exclusive release in the Causeway Collection that is now available. This 2008 Jupille Casks Single Malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021. Aged in Jupille Casks, very obscure French oak barrel produced from the Jupille Forest near the Loire Valley. Incredible notes of black fruits, subtle spices, and pear on the palate. Bottled at cask strength and non chill-filtered.

Kentucky Cask is matured in hand-selected 1st & 2nd fill ex-bourbon casks, all hand-selected by our Master Blender Julieann Fernandez to create this versatile single malt. Neat or mixed, enjoy any damn way you please! Over ice, it may go a little cloudy. Don't panic, our soft-filtration process leaves in flavours, that harsher filtration may remove, leaving it jam-packed with sweet & smooth character.

Evan Williams is a smooth, easy to drink Bourbon named after Evan Williams who, in 1783, opened Kentuckys first commercial distillery along the banks of the Ohio River. Many years and barrels later, we're still producing Bourbon with the same time-honored methods that Evan Williams did years ago.

An exceptional 30 year old scotch whisky; matured in our finest American Oak barrels and finished in Olorosso sherry, adding a layer of complexity to the finished product.

Part of Nikka?s highly popular Black range, this blend is one of the most popular daily drinkers in Japan. The Nikka Black Clear brings together vintages from the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries for a light, drinkable expression. Suitable for highballs or to drink neat. In 1918, a young Japanese man with an ambition to make genuine whisky went alone to Scotland to unveil the secret of whisky making. He is Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka Whisky. 

Released in 1964 for the first time to supply whisky to the large part of the Japanese population that were looking for whisky as a preferred tipple. Named after the growing Hi-Fi sound movement, rumour has it that the great Masataka Taketsuru had a dram of this almost every day. Bottled at 39% ABV and in a 720ml bottle. A smooth easy drinking whisky and great for a highball cocktail during the warmer months.

Nose: Fruity with orange citrus, subtle oak and honey sweetness.

Palate: Citrus driven with fresh grain and soft peat smoke.

Finish: Sweet fruits and balanced oak.

Black Nikka Rich Blend is made from Miyagikyo malt, with non and low proof, with a high proof Yoichi seasoning, with key components matured in ex-sherry casks. The complexity of the malts - sweet and full-bodied - is balanced by the lightness of the Coffey grain whisky. This is a completely different profile to the standard 'Black Nikka', smoother and more elegant.

This Old Pulteney 10-year-old single malt is part of the Flotilla Vintage releases. This expression from 2010 spent its time maturing in American oak barrels, imparting plenty of vanilla, alongside characteristic maritime notes. Bottled up 46% ABV, it's a superb seaside sipper.

This warm mahogany whisky has an aroma of a depth complex fragrances from apples, vanilla, and ripe fruit and a whiff of orange zest on the nose and the palate is creamy with caramel, fruit, citrus, and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is satisfyingly long.

Every drop in this bottle is labour of love. The whisky is aged in both Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned casks and refill ex-bourbon casks, for the honey notes and nutty intensity. The taste is a hive of activity full of soft cooked apples, luscious brown sugar, hints of creamy coffee and roasted nutty notes. This is ambrosial decadence worth savouring.

Released in 1969, the Suntory Special Reserve Whisky was a 70th anniversary commemoration of Suntory whisky. This outstanding non-age statement whisky uses a blend of the finest single malts from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and matured in minazura oak. With age statements whisky not set to resume regular supply for some years, Suntory's blenders have risen to the challenge by creating a great assemblage from a restricted inventory. Enjoy straight or on the rocks.

The Rangpur is an exotic citrus that has the zestiness of lime and the juiciness of mandarin oranges. Rangpur, ginger and bay leaves are added to Tanquerays base of four botanicals during distillation, resulting in an easy-drinking gin with a citrus twist.

Malacca is a mischievous, flavourful gin using an exotic mix of peppercorn, rose and cloves to achieve a distinctive flavour.

Taking its name from our fave local jumping off point into the briny blue, Jump Rock Unfiltered IPA starts with one of our signature unfiltered IPA bases before we load it with heaps of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops. All gooseberry, citrus and fresh pine needle up front, those flavours are mirrored on the palate alongside a hint of toffee and soft malts.

6.0% ABV.
