This wine is new in store and we have a precious six bottles only, so get in quick. Jean Baptiste Boudier is an up and coming maestro in Pernand Vergelesses in the Cotes de Beaune in Burgundy.

In 2014 as Jean-Baptiste worked together with his father at their family domaine in Pernand-Vergelesses it was clear they had very different approaches to winemaking and viticulture. It was clear to both father and son that the ambitious Jean-Baptiste needed to go his own way. By this time Jean-Baptiste had already worked stints at wine estates worldwide including Nicolas Rossignol in Burgundy, Vieux Télégraphe in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château Haut-Brion in Pessac-Léognan & Domaine Gauby in Rousillon.

Argentina does Malbec better than anyone on a mass scale, much of it due to the plentiful vineyards planted at altitude in the foothills of the Andes Mountains where sunshine enhances ripening and cool night temperatures elongate the ripening season to accentuate much needed acidity in this grape. These factors combine to provide growing conditions that are unmatched anywhere else in the world that Malbec is planted on a large scale. Wines like this one are testament to the dense fruit character, spicy notes and complexity of good Malbec, often at a relatively modest price.

We love this wine and it also carries organic certification, another thing the dry climate in Argentina allows for with relative ease, but that's another story.

A classic expression from the George Dickel collection of Tennessee whiskies, No. 12 is a 90 proof (or 45% ABV on this side of the Atlantic) sour mash whiskey, made with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley.

Made in small batches and refined with oak and Texas Mesquite charcoals, this unique process results in an extraordinarily balanced and smooth sipping whiskey with subtle hints of smoky sweetness.

The Alary family's involvement in viticulture and wine production dates back as far as 1692. The estate now comprises 29 hectares of vines of which 26 hectares are Grenache dominant and 3 are Rousanne dominant - with holdings in Rasteau and Cairanne.

The wine is a deep red colour and opens with a nose of dried fruit, ripe plums and savoury notes. The palate is broad and rich with dark plum fruits and good tannin structure leading to a long mineral finish.

Mission Estate Jewelstone Chardonnay is a pale straw coloured wine with complex aromatics of sweet stone fruit, marzipan and struck flint notes. The palate is full and fruit forward with a fine structure and a long clean finish.

Don Papa Masskara is a limited edition celebrating the famous party on the Philippines’ Negros island, going by the name of Masskara (aka 'Smile party'). It's essentially the original Don Papa rum enriched by mixing in other local ingredients including honey from the Kanlaon forest, the Filipino citrus variety Calamondin and local Siling Labuyo chillies.

Ripe citrus aromas of navel orange and peach, a medley of nougat and vanilla notes to add to the complexity and interest on the nose. A silky attack with sweet fruit flavours of peach and navel orange in the rich textural mid palate and with hints of nougat and vanilla balanced with fine oak and lingering citrus finish. - Paritua ALCOHOL: 13.5%

A balanced brew, malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

An outstanding New Zealand Albarino with complex flavours of salty green olives, freshly picked Granny Smith apples and bright acidity, which adds a zesty note to the flavours of subtly savoury wine. It's rich and full bodied with mouthwatering crisp salivating acidity giving great balance, length and structure.

Light bronze in color with streaks of gold, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bears a complex aroma of vanilla, mint, and molasses. Its taste is pleasantly sweet and contains notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak and leather. The long and dry finish has significant depth. The Calvarino vineyard is in the heart of the Soave Classico zone and represents the core of the ancient family estate, bought at the beginning of 1900. The soil here dates back to the tertiary era and is rich in clay and tufaceous basalt which give the wine an attractive savoury, mineral quality. This is a dry, well-balanced and elegant wine which offers notes of citrus and white flowers along with a generous touch of acidity.

Falmet Brut NV is a bright and lively Champagne from the Cotes des Bar. This is a Pinot dominant blend (80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay) with great floral characters on the nose. Juicy acidity and brioche notes on the palate are complemented by a fine, energetic bead.
