Whole bunch fermented blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris, which spent the first part of their wine journey in amphora with two months of skin contact, which results in the orange hue in this lovely refreshing dry wine. Softly white wine with grip and aromatic appeal, which ticks the vegan box.

The organic story at Seresin

One of the greatest things about Seresin Estate is the organic certification. This came relatively early on for Seresin, who was dismayed by the amount used and the impacts of man made chemicals, which were routinely and frequently sprayed on vines. His early adopting philosophy of organic certification paved a positive path for the integrity of the wines as well as leading others to follow suit.

Biodynamic Spanish white made from the characterful, spicy Xarello grape - a Spanish specialty, most often used to make sparkling wine but here used to create a tasty dry still white. 

WInemaker Ramon Jan? broke with his family tradition of 500 years - of selling off large volumes of grapes to large cava (sparkling wine) producers and used his Xarello grapes here to create a dry, medium bodied white, giving the grapes 24 hours of skin contact before fermentation, which adds tasty body to the wine, leading into flavoursome notes of tropical fruit, yellow apple, fennel and fresh length thanks to its zesty acidity. 

Islay is mostly known for big, peaty, smoky whisky. Well, Bowmore is a little more dialled back, making it a balanced whisky featuring all those things you love about Islay, just in a more subtle way.Drink with: A splash of water if required.Established in 1779, Bowmore is the oldest legal distillery on Islay and one of the earliest in all Scotland. Located geographically and stylistically between the gentle whiskies to the north and the more powerful malts to the south of the island, Bowmore possesses a balance that ever-intrigues whisky aficionados. The malt is peated for a shorter period than with the stronger Islays, and the use of around a third of the casks for maturation being oloroso sherry contributes to its aromatic complexity and finesse. The past few years have seen Interest in Bowmore grow astoundingly.?

Stunning medium bodied dry white made from Portugal's delicious Alvarinho grape, best known and loved for its lovely lemon flavours and refreshing depths of dry, savoury aroma notes. 

This is an excellent example of a great white to drink with seafood, fresh or dried.

For generations, Suze has been renowned for its original recipe and traditional production. Its aromatic complexity is the result of a subtle balance between fresh gentian and many different aromatic plants.
Low in alcohol (15% abv.), Suze is ideal for enjoying as an aperitif, whether neat or in cocktails.

St Bernardus Wit is a traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. This ale is very pale (whitish-yellow color) and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness. Very refreshing: perfect thirst quencher

Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier is a copper-golden Weissbier from Bavaria with a lush white head and high effervescence. Yeasty aromatic fragrance combines with ripe citrus and banana notes on the nose and continue on the palate.

Suntory Chita 700ml

The Chita is the only grain whisky produced and bottled as such by Suntory. It is a blend of single grains (mainly corn), relatively young, but with strong tasting characteristics that have been aged in different types of casks, and distilled at the Chita distillery located a few kilometers from Nagoya city.

Its rich and complex aromatic profile strongly marked by fruity, woody and spicy notes, is close to that of the American whiskies, known as the famous Bourbons whiskies. 

Bottled at 43% of the volume in a bottle with the typical Suntory shape, The Chita is a tribute to the know-how of the grain distillery whose name in traditional Japanese calligraphy is now, like the other distilleries of the group, proudly displayed on the label.

A truly unique 4.4% alcoholic ginger beer brewed with fresh shredded blue & yellow Jamaican ginger, cascade hops, two row barley, cane sugar and new crop rum. This product has been a huge hit due to its fiery ginger flavour and makes a wicked Dark & Stormy ..tall glass with ice, squeeze of lime and a dash of bitters.

In its primary aromas, herbs and citric notes are present such as lemon tree leaves and peel there is a minerality and smokiness with slight spice. Cooked agave comes through with caramel and ground ginger notes. And finishes with subtle sweetness and spice.

This unique seasonal product is the world’s only Trappist bock ale. Brewed exclusively with natural ingredients, this ale post-ferments slightly in its bottle. It has a deep red colour, an intensely rich taste, and a malty aroma. Aromatic hop varieties and types of burnt malt render this ale its delicate bitterness that blends surprisingly well with its slightly sweet undertone.

Caesar said he wanted a tropical India Pale Ale to keep him happy and get the monkey off our back. We jammed this beer full of our favourite USA and Kiwi hops. It bloody worked! A clean and crisp IPA, loaded full of NZ and US hops.
