This outstanding Malbec is made from grapes grown high altitude vineyards in Mendoza, which were fermented with wild yeasts for 12 days with post ferment maceration for 19-22 days followed by 12 months aging in barrel, including first, second and third use barrels. It tastes smooth, dark, full bodied, fleshy, succulent and complex… An incredible red wine.

Argentina’s signature grape, Malbec, was introduced to the country’s biggest wine region, Mendoza, by Frenchman Michel Pouget in the mid 1850s, but it has since been discovered that not all Malbec vines brought into the country were exactly the same. And the family that has done more to advance the understanding, high quality expression and understanding of Argentinian Malbec is the Catena family, whose Zapata Malbec is one of our favourite wines in store; big, bold and full bodied but with elegance to burn, thanks to its silkiness. 

The Catena family has arguably done more for the quality and reputation of both Malbec and the Argentinian wine industry than any other company, advancing the understanding of growing grapes at altitude, high up in the foothills of the Andes where hot days, high sunshine hours and cool nights ripen the grapes and retain elegance.

The Yuzu is Japanese citrus fruit.  That has a great balance of sweet and sour.  This Yuzu liqueur is made from a base of Original Junmai Saké and locally grown Yuzu is then blended.  (8 whole fruit per 720ml are used)  It is best on the rocks.

This is a bright and elegant Pinot Noir rose from Bannockburn, Central Otago. The nose is fruity and bright with bright red fruit notes and a distinct minerality. These notes continue on the palate, which is balanced by a gentle touch of sweetness and bright acidity.

Crafted by Japanese artisans, Roku is a multi-layered, perfectly balanced Gin combining both traditional and 6 uniquely Japanese Botanicals.

Scoundrels and Rogues - Sometimes, bigger is better.  Made by the most irrepressible Scoundrels and Rogues in North Canterbury, this Pear cider was made from the contents of only a few pear trees, fermented in barrels, and then promptly forgotten about for six months.  It gives new meaning to the term rustic, as it's made in a very traditional French farmhouse style, with a strong pear character.  You may love it, you may hate it, but i'm not sure i'm too bothered either way.

This Pear cider is rustic and funky, but you'll get over it.

The classic Irish style dry stout . Toasty, black and medium bodied.The nitrogenated can pours a big creamy head.

Rochdale - Our Classic Pear Cider is brewed using Rochdale's authentic recipe and pure glacial water.  A bouquet of fresh, sun-ripened fruit combined with a subtle dryness and gentle effervescence to ensure a flowing texture is maintained from the first sip.

Hand picked grapes from Karl Johner's estate vineyard in Gladstone make this medium bodied rosé which is full of flavour and juicy fruit appeal. It's so flavoursome that it tastes more like a pale red wine than a typical pink wine. This is mouthwatering with red berries flavours of strawberry and watermelon notes adding freshness. It's nicely balanced by fresh acidity.

Released in 2013, Ragnvald is part of The Warrior Series, a collection of single malts created for Duty-Free to both introduce a key figure from Orkney’s Viking history and to demonstrate the impact of cask type on our whisky’s flavour, which is immense.

Predominantly matured in the finest sherry seasoned European oak casks, Ragnvald’s flavour is rich and succulent, with distinct yet balanced notes of dark chocolate, candied peel, and oriental spices, all rounded off with heather rich peat smoke.

Dark and delicious. STOLEN Dark reimagines the classic, traditionally heavy, naval style dark rums, with a more modern and smoother interpretation. It?s blended by hand and uses Demerara caramel for afull-bodiedd look and flavor, lightly toasted sweet caramel aromas and a soft honeyed texture in the mouth.

STOLEN Dark was awarded a gold medal at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

This limited release gin is a showcase of what juniper can deliver.

For six months, we macerated hand-foraged, wild-grown, Macedonian juniper in neutral spirit. We then distilled that macerate with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand-grown orris root.

With lifted pine resin and fresh citrus leaping out of the glass; bright floral notes and earthy undertones add complexity. This is a real juniper lovers gin.
