Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos is a white rum, smooth and light, aged naturally for 3 years to reveal an intense aroma.

Its complex flavour has established it as the ideal rum for cocktails in Cuba such as the Mojito and the Daiquiri.

North End - French winemakers use the world 'terroir' to describe the influence of the local environment on the wines that they make.  We have helped add a big dose of 'terroir' into this beer by taking our Saison and re-fermenting it in barres with a blend of wild yeasts from Waikanae.  The result is tangy, lightly tart and extremely fruity.

6.5% ABV.

Jever Pilsener is a Northern German (Friesian) Pilsener that is characteristic of the style. It is a little more hoppy than Czech pilseners giving it a more bitter ("herb" in German) flavour.

Made by the legendary Peter Sisseck of PIngus fame, this is an approachable, yet big and mouth filling wine, with juicy fruit forward flavours and ripe tannins. Predominantly Tempranillo.

Smooth and clear Russian style vodka. 

Brewed using a generous blend of finest pale, crystal and roasted barley malts, along with the majestic Fuggle hop, to create a wonderful, full-bodied flavour with subtle banana, cherry and rich fruit overtones.

East Coasts collide and crank it up for this new New England IPA retuned in Scotland. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry-hopped for a full-tilt fruit hit with pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime. Low on bitterness, high on haze, heavy on hops

Lovers of strong beer need not worry that ERDINGER Weissbier Pikantus 'dark bock beer' is going to be too sweet, as is the case with so many bock beers. Despite the higher alcohol content, the Erdinger brew masters have succeeded in retaining the special Pikantus taste.

One of our staff reckons this is his secret weapon of seduction. Bearing that in mind I was reluctant to try it for fear of falling into his web, but when I did I found it goes wonderfully with a martini and even drizzled on top of plain vanilla ice cream.; A great gift for any would-be lothario or temptress.

La Gitana En Rama is bottled twice a year when the flor yeast is at its thickest which makes for a highly sought after sherry for those who want a dry, authentic taste of the best. And this is a superbly flavoursome dry sherry with earthy, nutty, salty flavours from the heavy flor yeast, which averages five years of age from this solera system. 

The words En rama tend to suggest a sherry which has been bottled straight from the barrel, without any fining or filtration. In this case, the en rama releases does go through a little finishing treatment with a low temperature fining process and a rough plate filtering. This process means the sherry is lightly cloudy and retains some of its lees influence in both appearance, body and taste. 

La Gitana En Rama It was first made in 2011 when just 300 precious bottles of this adventurous sherry were released. 

The words La Gitana are Spanish for the gypsy and the name comes from a legendary bar in Malaga, run by a gypsy, where this sherry was popular.
