A wonderful expression of Bushmills single malt. This is the second release in the Steamship Collection and it was fully matured in Ruby Port Casks. 

Nose: Ripe red apples, chocolate aromas, a hint of red wine booziness.

Palate: Damson and honey, followed by drying touches of cacao and cinnamon.

Finish: Juicy red berries and spiced fruit compot

An indulgent smooth single malt matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. These casks were sourced from well-known port producer W&J Graham's

Nose: Clove-studded orange, raspberry and prune.

Palate: Chocolatey at first, before waves of dried fruit and stem ginger notes appear. A touch of earthy bitterness develops later on, balanced by runny honey.

Finish: Roast chestnuts, gingerbread and tobacco.

The Charles Wiffen Pinot Gris, is grown in the “Home” Block, which surrounds the Homestead on the farm, which was built in 1882. The block is spur pruned, with a targeted yield of 9 tonnes to the hectare. The grapes are machine harvested in the cool of the morning, transported to the winery, where it is gently destemmed, pressed and clarified. The juice is then fermented with selected yeasts, with the fermentation stopped at the desired residual sugar content.

This estate grown Pinot Gris exhibits aromas of beurre bose pear, hazelnut and white lily with hints of meyer lemon and rosewater on the palate and is refreshingly textured.

Roaring Meg is one of Central Otago's most popular wines and is named, cheekily, after a lady of the night during the infamous gold rush days in this southern region, in the 1800s. 

Pinot Gris is the most popular and widely planted white grape in this region, although it pales in comparison to Pinot Noir, which makes up over 80% of the area's vineyards. Gris is a soft, smooth and approachable white wines, such as this lightly spicy version with a good balance of fresh southern acidity, thanks to the cool climate here. 

Terrantes is one of the noble Madeira grapes offering a medium dry style. The base wine is fortified to 17-20% and stored in “estufas” which are heated to 45 degrees celsius for no less than 3 months.

A brilliant, deep gold colour in the glass that then offers aroma of dried fruits, raisins, hazelnuts and walnuts. The palate is medium dry with flavours of almonds, dried fruits and spices with impeccable acid balance. 

1919 Distilling - Named for the year that New Zealanders stood up for their rights and voted down prohibition.

This is the first limited release in The Kiwiana Collection from 1919, Pineapple Bits based on the original 1950's recipe from Oamaru.

Dolcetto is a one of the hidden treasures of Piemonte with its smooth rounded mouthfeel and impressive body and drinkability. This is a deliciously complex example from Dogliani in the region. 

Plantings of this grape declined in the 1990?s in favour of the more expensive, easier to market Barolo and Barberescos. It came down to money, not quality and quietly the wine world mourned. Luckily a few faithful enclaves remained faithful to the grape like in Dogliani just south of Alba.

The wine is jet black in colour with a sumptuous nose of blackberries dusted with exotic spices - fruity with great length and structure.

The final whisky in a series of three special edition Viking Legend releases – is inspired by Odin, the mightiest of the Norse gods. The most peated whisky Highland Park have released to date, it is matured entirely in refill casks to give beautifully balanced layers of flavour and a character as complex as Odin himself.

Four Pillars - Our Sherry cask solera is made up of 42 casks, some from Spain and some from one of our mates who makes famous Australian fortified wines, historically known as "Australian Sherry" and now known as Apera.

They’re much older than our Chardonnay barrels, varying in age from 15 to 35 years old. These barrels were first filled more than a year ago, and this is the first solera release taken only from the bottom row of barrels.

Slightly deeper in colour, this is a rich, intense and layered barrel aged gin. A pine needle quality underpins some amazing complexity. The residual Sherry and Apera characters have integrated beautifully with the deeper cassia and star anise flavours - think dried fruits and nuts.

The addition of some Spanish Amontillado Sherry has added some length and sweetness to the final gin.

'Smuggler Bay' Series - Breadalbane Barrel-aged Blended Sour is an enticing blend of numerous sour beer vintages from our barrel program, the majority being former Marlborough Chardonnay casks. Aromas of grapefruit & dank gooseberry lead to a soft sourness hinting at oak & vanilla. Finish

Hunter's Chardonnay offers incredibly good value for money. Complex, consistent and creamy, it has crisp notes that add great balance to such a modestly priced, affordable wine. 

Fermentation in 500 litre French oak puncheons with wild yeasts provides a smooth, full body to this impressive Chardonnay, which is made from grapes grown on three different vineyards in Marlborough.

Grapes in this wine were grown in Rapaura, Renwick and Omaka sub regions of Marlborough, all on vineyards that the Hunter's team has used for many years now. This wine is incredibly consistent in style with richly flavoursome citrus, nectarine and creamy flavour notes, supported by a firm backbone of acidity which adds drive, length and freshness to every succulent sip.

Vanessa Whisky & Oak Belgian Ale is dark amber ale fermented with an Belgian abbey ale yeast for great depth of yeast character. We added a flavouring made from soaking hand-selected oak chips in a blend of whisky and spirits. This is a special beer to enjoy at any occasion.

Two Tones refers to the two kinds of cask used for the maturation of this blended whisky; European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine & American white oak used exclusively for whisky.

Louis Jadot owns one of the largest holdings of top level vineyards in Burgunday so has access to outstanding grapes in good volumes, so wines like this lively fresh young Chardonnay benefit hugely. This wine is a regional blend from Burgundy, made from grapes grown in both the Cotes d’Or and Macon, which combine to add flesh, weight and depth along with purity of acidity for freshness.
