This whisky tells a different story of The Macallan spirit and casks, but more than that it tells a story of rarity. Less than 100 casks maturing at The Macallan distillery have contributed to the creation of this out of character whisky. These mysterious casks remained untouched in the dark warehouses of The Macallan under the watchful eye of our Master Whisky Maker, until he felt they were ready to be released.

Smoky Macallan is rare - there is very little in existence - and once used these casks will be no more. Unexpected and distinctive in flavour with full bodied richness from the Macallan spirit, Rare Cask Black is an unusual smoky spirit that tells a story of creativity and innovation.

Founders flagship beer. Dirty Bastard is an absolute beautiful beer to behold. Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. This beer “ain’t fer the wee lads.

Brewed only once a year on December 6th, Samichlaus is aged for 10 months before bottling. Serve with hardy robust dishes and desserts, in particular with chocolates, or as an after dinner drink by itself.

Finlaggan is very much the SECRET Islay, as the name of the distillery from which it comes is a closely guarded secret and known to only a select few. 

Colour: Very pale straw with lemony-yellow highlights. 

Nose: Full & pungent with an earthy smokiness & fresh hints of ozone. 

Flavour: Dry, smoky & fresh, clean & big-bodied. Finish: Long & smooth with a smoky-burnt oakiness & a very slight edge of richness.

Stonecroft has the oldest Zinfandel vines in New Zealand which originally came from California and now make this deliciously robust, smooth, plummy tasting red in Hawke's Bay. It's a big red but drinks well now thanks to ripe grapes and the accessible flavours of the Zinfandel grape variety. 

All grapes in this wine were hand picked grapes, fermented in stainless steel with hand plunged twice daily to extract tannins and weight gently. The finished wine was matured for 17 months in American oak, 30% new. Only 100 cases were made.

* Zinfandel is popular in California and also grown in Puglia, southern Italy, where it is known as Primitivo, due to being one of the first grapes to ripen each year, hence the name 'Primi'. It originally comes from Croatia where it is known as Crljenak.

This Speyside single malt has been matured in a combination of American oak casks and a variety of sherry casks. This is a fruity, rich whisky with aromas of raisins, orange and vanilla. The palate offers notes of dried fruits, warm spices and rich caramel.

40% ABV

A single malt whisky distilled in the rich, natural environment of Tottori and rested in Mizunara casks.  Combined with the malt aroma and rich flavour of unblended whisky, a faintly sweet, aged aroma tickles the nose with a smooth yet rich, lingering aftertaste.  This masterpiece, carefully crafted with heart and passion, is brought to proof with high-quality natural spring water from Mt. Daisen.  In order to maintain the integrity of the whisky, no artificial coloring is added.

Inspired by The Fall, this wonderful and frightening capsule of autumnal zest is kurious enough to bring out the hip priest in every slate, prole etc.

Kurious Oranj extricates the best of ingredients for the moment and fires the rest. A testy lineup of Citra & Huel Melon hops is perverted with ale male, sweetcorn, oats and candied orange to procduce the saving grace of any nation.

Each bottle is packed with Sloe berries with rich Plum & Almond flavors, and just a hint of sugar syrup is added to create a drink with the perfect balance of tartness, warmth & flavor to get your taste buds humming.

The noble plum brandy made by the Nemtsudom, the Bekt?r, the President and the elena plum varieties of Szatm?r. High purity, pleasantly fruity, noble drink. A brandy made from the selected distillation of ripe juicy fruit.

Food friendly, and complements a variety of dishes. Served slightly chilled, at room temperature or slightly warmed to enjoy the best expression of a layered sake.

Ginjo sake with a rice polishing rate greater than or equal to 60% has a richer palate and have more floral aromas than a Honjozo.
