Blanc de Blancs champagnes are a Chardonnay lover's dream with nougat, vanilla, fresh cream and nutty flavours combining in a smooth textured dry, full bodied bubbly.

It's made from Grand Cru vineyards in the villages of Avize and Ogier in the Côte des Blanc; the Champagne region's epicentre of Chardonnay. 

This high quality sparkling wine is a dry style with 9 grams per litre of residual sugar and it is fresh, soft and rich in style. The wine was disgorged in July 2019.

"Made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the hills overlooking Barbaresco, this wine delivers a delicate perfume reminiscent of dark cherry and black pepper with a hint of tobacco from a fine cigar. Elegant and fully ripe it has a wonderful structure and balance. Aged for two years in the oak and one year in the bottle, this wine is as good now as it will be aged for many years."

Despite the technological advances, this beer is brewed according to ancient tradition and unites, as before, the best raw materials from the soil as ripe barley and fine hops, to preserve a maximum of pure flavor. This beer was originally brewed for the Knights of the Golden Fleece in 1491.

Full graceful tenderness, with a clean and neat taste, this beer will enchant you: matured in the bottle, exclusively obtained from pale malt, highly fermented and 100% natural. With a full-bodied flavor that still works thirst quenching, thanks to a balanced hopping.

Bouquet: Full, yet delicate; well-rounded; possessing a distinctive caramelaroma of the charred oak with a hint of vanilla; pleasant and inviting.

Taste: Rich in flavor, yet soft on the palate. A subtle level of sweetness thatreflects the marriage of grain and oak. Distinctive and complex, yet possessthe balance found in a well crafted malt or cognac.

Eyes are the windows to the soul & at the soul of this session hazy IPA is a balanced combination of Simcoe, Mosaic & Saltana Cryo hops! Notes of pineapple, tropical fruit & pine make this one black cat you won't mind crossing!

Maui's Coconut Porter is a classic robust porter spiced with all natural toasted coconut. It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. 

It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. 

It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.

Full bodied, complex, dry and utterly deliciously spicy Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage, one of the special appellations in France's Northern Rhone Valley and home solely to the great, dark, spicy Syrah grape.

Tasting Notes: Rounded fresh fruit sweetness, balanced by a helping of peppery, woody juniper, plus a hint of citrus cutting through.

Knockando 18yo Slow Matured is matured slowly in our oak casks, it's accessible in both aroma and flavour; easy to drink, young at heart for an 18 year old.

To the eye: Black colour tinted with blue. Deep red/purple colour when looked at through a luminous source To the nose: Strong aromatic intensity, well emphasised by the alcoholic strength. The first impression is one of freshness balanced by floral notes of star aniseed essential oil, then notes of liquorice supported by the characteristic powerful taste of elderberry. Then smooth and complex notes brought by the other essential oils and aromatic herbs. To the mouth: The first impression is one of great smoothness, of an agreeable unctuousness resulting from the right sugar/alcohol balance. Then appear the fresh and stimulating notes of star aniseed, balanced by notes of red fruits and liquorice. About this mezcal

Los Danzantes (Los Nahuales) Espadin is traditionally made with farm-grown agave Espadin. The cooked agave is ground in a Chilean tahona that is pulled by a horse. It?s fermented in pine tubs, slowly and naturally (without accelerators), and with classical music to aid the cycle of microorganisms.  It?s double-distilled in copper stills.

Los Danzantes Mezcal

Los Danzantes is made at the Los Danzantes distillery in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The mezcals are branded as Los Nahuales in the USA due to trademark issues, and they go by Los Danzantes just about everywhere else. Though the mezcaleros behind this mezcal have been making it for generations, the Los Danzantes brand has been around since 1997.
