Grants Family Reserve is one of the worlds best loved Scotch whiskies and enjoyed in over 180 countries. First created by William Grant in 1898, the blend is today, five generations later, entrusted to Grants Master Blender, Brian Kinsman. Brian skilfully blends around 25 of the finest single malt and grain Scotch whiskies to make Grants Family Reserve. The basis for the blend is our widely acclaimed Girvan grain whisky. Vacuum distilled at a lower temperature to make it a lighter and more delicate spirit, it is then aged in oak to give it a deeper, sweeter, soft fruit flavour, creating the perfect foundation.

Cutty Sark blended is made from carefully selected single malt whiskies, predominantly from Speyside, are expertly blended with top quality grain whiskies. It is matured predominantly in American oak casks which impart less colour to the spirit but impart further subtle and complex flavours. Once matured, the malts are blended together. This process is a particular feature of Cutty Sark and ensures the final blend is harmonised and, therefore, consistent in colour and flavour.

A delicate, triple distilled malt from Auchentoshan - king of the Lowlands. This one is aged in American ex-bourbon barrels and has all the hallmarks of this ageing technique; grass and citrus, vanilla and lashings of coconut. Add some spice and white peaches at the death and you're there! 

With its roots going back to 1788, Smith & Cross and its partners became prominent handlers of Jamaica rum, with extensive cellars along the banks of The River Thames. Throughout the 19th century and into the early 20th century, Jamaica Rum became revered for its deep, full flavours and pleasing aromas. This rum represents the distinctively flavourful and aromatic style that made Jamaican rum famous.

Very aromatic and complex with notes of pipe tobacco, dark chocolate, winter spices, hints of dark fruit, as well as fried banana, a little suggestion of foam banana sweets too!
The palate is thick and rich, massive spice notes carrying forth suggestions of dark fruit, prune, plum wine, vanilla, cedar, unlit cigars, calves leather and musty orange peel.
Long and very warming on the finish, with notes of caramel and pepper on the tail.

For this, "The Botanist", small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc ? and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 wild, native island botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay.

This truly seasonal and exotic cocktail is then slow "simmer" distilled in our unique and cherished lomond pot-still, "ugly betty". Betty prefers to work at low-pressure and won't be rushed. So our precious botanicals are slowly and gently coaxed into releasing their complex, signature aromatics.

This was a unique project for our head distiller, Jim McEwan. Jim says he had to "learn a new dance" with Betty, and none of us knew what to expect from that first, achingly-slow 17-hour distillation. The result: a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with an outstanding finish and impeccable provenance. An excellent blend of rums aged for up to 8 years in white oak casks that previously held scotch whisky and bourbon. Dried fruit and spice on the nose leads to a plate of further dried fruits and vanilla.
