100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Wild strawberries are extremely delicate and should be handled with great care. Picked by the Romans for its therapeutic virtues, wild strawberries spread through Europe during the 17th century. Creme á la Fraise des Bois is produced according to the traditional maceration process, followed by a harmonious blend of different varieties which result in a powerful and refined flavour. 

A marvelous a?ejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Angostura? 1919 rum possesses a rich, golden-amber hue with excellent clarity. The rum exudes a complex bouquet brimming over with aromas of cocoa, molasses, caramel and vanilla. It is remarkably soft and well rounded as the rum glides over the plate without a hint of harshness or biting edge. Variety is the spice of life - this medium bodied red wine comes from a quirky region in France, namely Jura, situated between Burgundy and Switzerland. 

Rolet Arbois Rouge is made from Trousseau, a dark skinned grape that's indigenous to Jura. 

Maredsous Brune 8 is a brown Abbey Beer, originally brewed for Christmas, but over the years it has become an institution! With its dark burgundy colour, this frothy beer has distinctive aromas, blending caramel with fruity notes! The citrus aftertaste takes away the "heaviness" of a traditional brown ale.

The nose offers nuts, florals and oodles of tropical fruit leading to a palate that is zesty, spicy and nuanced with rum like notes.

The gnomes love Achouffe beers and the juicy cherries which grow in their magical land. Every year they gather and store them in the attics at the brewery. One day, after an abundant season, the floor gave way under the weight of the harvest, and some cherries fell into the Mc CHOUFFE brewing below. Impish as ever, the gnomes kept quiet about the incident. Surprised to discover a glowing, ruby-tinted beer with a fruity taste, the master brewer decided to bottle it up. Enjoy Cherry CHOUFFE carefully to avoid staining your beard and always drink it in delightful company.

The Bush Ambrée is flushed with a bitter-sweet taste, and a pleasing consistency, courtesy, in part, of its balanced caramel malts. Those malts also introduce a strong streak of roasted nuts, adding to this beer's stand out flavour. 

Despite its initial filtering, the re-fermentation has given the beer a natural cloudiness, while also making for a mild and tender mouth-feel.

RODENBACH is the unique & original ?Flanders Red Ale?, recognised as a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak casks ?foeders? give it the same sweet-sour flavour and complex fruitiness as wine.

RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect ap?ritif or session ale!
