A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, “Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine pored, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack.

This Chardonnay is sourced from Californian coastal vineyards. Fermentation and ageing is completed in French and American oak barrels, lending richness and toastiness. Lees ageing adds richness, creaminess and complexity.

?Beautifully integrated tropical flavors such as pineapple, mango and papaya, with citrus notes that explode in your mouth. These flavors delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. Hunting Hill is a vineyard that was first planted in 1982 and became a significant part of the original Kumeu River Chardonnay blend. Hunting Hill is very pretty and fragrant, with its lemon/lime blossom aromas and hint of orange. The palate has a supple texture and lingering flavour which provides a long finish, and it has a salty, mineral tang on the end.

President Tul brandy is one of the jewels of the Alvear house and is aged for long periods in American oak casks, by criaderas and solera systems for over fifteen years.

Colour - Bright, an old-mahogany gold colour with golden tones.

Nose - Powerful, complex, deep and very attractive aroma. Remember the oak where it is kept in breeding.

Palate - Elegant, thin, with a faint sweet note reminiscent of Pedro Ximenez, very long and persistent

Bulleit Rye is an award-winning, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas. The taste is exceptionally smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice. Finish is crisp and clean, with long, lingering flavors.

The Glutenberg blonde is a gluten-free ale made from millet. Floral hops, white pepper and lemon zest aromas gives it a beautiful and charming nose. The mouth bursts with white flowers, citrus and spicy flavours. With just a hint of bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the millet and the corn, this beer offers a truly refreshing taste

Peckham's - To make Pommeau we ferment apple juice fresh from the press, allow it to mature and then have it distilled into apple brandy.  About 12 litres of cider go to make each litre of brandy.  The brandy is aged in oak casks until blended with fresh cider apple juice the following harvest.  The sweet, brandy-rich Pommeau is then matured in oak for a further six months before bottling.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. This sherry cask scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of oloroso barrels, imparting a balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke into the spirit.

All the GOODness of our popular cider married up with locally sourced Doris Plums. Hints of plum & fruit, with sweet and sour taste, makes this one dangerously refreshing.
