Yuzu is a fruit that has been hotter than hot since the craft beer movement put it front and center. Not keen to follow trends, it wasn?t an ingredient we had planned on using, but when Neville Chun (who also grows our Ume) offered us a taste we filled our bags. It?s fragrant and fresh with the unmistakable flavour of Japanese citrus (grown locally in Te Horo). Not quite lemon, not quite grapefruit and not quite mandarin but amazingly vibrant and a very limited production run.

Midi is to Feijoa what Petite is to Quinze. Confused yet? All you need to know is it?s low in alcohol but still tastes amazing. We ferment it using the pomace leftover from our Feijoa cuv?e so it?s really pushing the envelope of what a minimal waste project can achieve. At 3.3% it?s not as light as Petite but much lower in alcohol than our usual offerings, so you can enjoy a complex fizz without the buzz.

Combining bright, bold flavours with soft sweetness, Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky as full of delicious sensory contrasts as Tokyo itself.

Inspired to capture his experience of Tokyo's many sensory dimensions and to experiment with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the first time, Dr Bill united Glenmorangie part-aged in Mizunara oak with whisky that had spent time in both sherry and bourbon casks, for a unique limited-edition that's perfectly balanced with Glenmorangie's house-style.

The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak - a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks.

Tre Monti Vigna Rocca Albana is a dry Northern Italian white wine made from Albana grapes grown in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The grapes are left hanging for a long time to increase concentration then soaked in stainless steel for 15 - 20 days with skin contact. The wine has aromas of melon, apricot, honey and wildflowers and flavours of ripe peach, bitter almond pineapple and ginger.

Tasting Note: Low Carb Lager. Brewed with Cascade Hops. For the focused, who play as hard as they work.

5.3% ABV

Hazy IPA. Brewed with Nectaron and Motueka Hops. A cloudy mystery, as adventurous as a Kiwi summer.

Pilsner. Brewed with Herkules and Saphir Hops. Crisp, refreshing, a trusted mate after a long day.

Singha is a classic Thai beer known for its crisp, refreshing flavour and golden colour. It is brewed with a blend of high-quality barley and hops to create a balanced taste with a mild bitter finish. The beer has an alcohol content of 5% and is packaged in 330ml bottles. A bright, golden colour and a medium-bodied mouthfeel. The beer has a light malty aroma with hints of sweetness and hops. On the palate, the beer has a balanced taste with a mild bitterness and a slightly sweet aftertaste.
