The Sauvignon Blanc Cask Edition Whiskey is a work by the Speyside distillery Tamnavulin. Speyside is the perfect location for whiskey production: there is a unique microclimate and the fertile farmland is ideal for growing grain. The Scottish distillery's delicate whiskey first rested in former bourbon barrels and was then refined in wine barrels that were previously filled with the finest Sauvignon Blanc.

• Nose : fruit-laden, with notes of honeydew melon, toasted coconut, juicy apples and vanilla pudding
• Palate : versatile aromas of various citrus fruits, freshly baked apple pie, warming ginger and a pinch of cinnamon
• Finish : elegant and lingering finish

A good watchdog is the perfect companion, a relaxed and friendly presence but always alert and attentive. It’s a rare mix of traits but our brewers have taught a similar trick to this Watchdog, a refreshingly non-alcoholic IPA, with a pale malt backbone and lively hop flavours of citrus and stonefruit, but no bite.

Silky, complex and layered French Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley, which is the historic home to Domaine Henri. Le Graverons is made from a vineyard at the top of La Cote des Monts Damn?s in Chavignol where the soils are Kimmeridgian (fossilised) and this wine has silky texture with red fruit flavours captured in a  full bodied style with red fruit aromas and layers of savoury notes adding depth and  interest to the wine.

A Sauvignon Blanc with complexity to burn and made from biodynamically farmed grapes in the Loire Valley, France. This plot of Sauvignon was planted in
1936 and is farmed using organic fertilisers. Fermentation in old oak barrels and maturation on fine lees for 12 months following lunar cycles both contribute to this wine's extraordinary complexity. It was aged for two years after bottling and was unfined and unfiltered.

This special layered and complex Sauvignon Blanc can age for up to a decade in  cool cellar conditions.

One of the world's great value sparkling wines, made the same way as champagne, often from the same grape varietiess and in France, only it is not aged for as long in the bottle.
