Unit price perTorpedo Extra IPA takes its name from the device that Sierra Nevada invented to dry hop the beer adding aromatic oils to the conditioning brew without adding undue bitterness. Torpedo IPA utilizes Magnum, Crystal and the new Citra hop varieties in the whole cone form. Torpedo pours a brilliant gold with a healthy white head. On the nose there are complex layers of tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange, black pepper, and a herbaceous green note. In the mouth the beer is a raging advertisement for American hops, layers of citrus and piney resin are built upon a solid malt backbone. Finally there is a long dry finish. This is the ultimate beer for spicy cuisine.
Try it with a Thai curry or spicy barbequed food.

Unit price perFantastic value for money, dry and flinty with brief lees maturation adding depth, which balances the fresh acidity in this zesty little wine. It was fined once and lightly filtered before bottling.
Clos Henri began 22 years ago in Marlborough when the French Bourgeois family expanded their winemaking from the heart of Sancerre in the tiny village of Chavignol to Blenheim, in 2001. Now that their vines are 22 years of age , the family feels that they are only now starting to reflect and express the taste of the land. This family retains their land and winemaking in Chavignol where they have made wine for 11 generations.
Blossoms from Decanter Bay Road in Little Akaroa, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a fragrant blush pink gin with a delicate and subtle sweet floral finish. The scent of blossoms and summer in the bays.

Unit price perAn 11 year old Glenrothes which has been bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for its Discovery bottling series. This is a wonderful sherried whisky, packed full of fruity and chocolatey notes.
Nose Cinnamon butter, chocolate covered toffee and toasted malt, with sherried dried fruit and more baking spices.
Palate Forest fruit jam on fresh toast, perhaps slightly burnt, with stewed orchard fruit and more cinnamon.
Finish Orange peel, a hint of raisin and melted dark chocolate.

Unit price perFilled from casks that were laid down at the Tomatin distillery in 2009, this new 'Discovery' release from G&M sees the exclusive use of American oak ex-bourbon barrels to produce a sweet and smooth single malt. The nose is intense with honey and fragrant pear, with a background note of spring blossoms. The palate is fruity with melon and white peach, leading to vanilla custard and a herbal finish that builds softly with oak spice.
