It takes a fair bit of work to create a Pinot Grigio as complex, rewardingly delicious and layered as this one from the northern Italian wine region of the Veneto. Dry with intense flavours of lemon pith, red apples and hints of saltiness, this wine makes an outstanding match with salads and seafoods and is a great aperitif on its own. 

Hand picked grapes were gently pressed and given temperature controlled fermentation with wild yeast. The finished wine was aged for three months pre release.

Delicate but powerful full bodied red made from Nebbiolo grown in the mountains in north west Italy. This is a stunning wine made in small volumes and imported in even lower volumes.

"Our Field Blend wine is a unique expression of our Brookby Hill Vineyard situated on the steep slopes of Marlborough's Southern Valleys. The fruit is grown organically and harvest by hand from high-density planted vines that are 21 years old. The soil is composed of deep, cold clay covered by windblown loess. We selected Pinot Gris, Riesling, Viognier, and Pinot Noir grapes for their distinct flavour profiles to achieve a truly exceptional blend."

Tommasi Crearo Veronese IGT is a full-bodied wine made by Giancarlo Tommasi from the vineyards of Conca d'Oro in the Valpolicella Classica zone. It has a deep ruby red color and a rich bouquet of aromas, including violets, ripe cherries, tobacco, and vanilla. The wine is made from 60% Corvina, 15% Oseleta, and 25% Cabernet Franc grapes.

Vesevo Taurasi 2013 is a red wine from the Campania region of Italy, made from Aglianico grapes. It has a deep ruby red colour, with a pungent nose of plum, red fruit, and savoury hints. It ages in oak for 16 months and a further three in bottle prior to release., resulting in a wine that is spicy on the palate, with firm tannins but a smooth finish. Here it is offered with significant age showing lovely tertiary flavour notes of cedar and further spice.

A superbly structured and beautifully velvet expression of Montepulciano that is overflowing with ripe plum flavours. New oak adds smoky sandalwood aromas and an elegant framework to this outstanding full bodied southern Italian red wine.  

For the creation of the Gulden Draak Smoked, we go back to the ancient tradition of malt drying: smoking malt. This resulted in a smoked touch of the malt which you afterwards also could find in the beer. This typical smoky taste was lost over the years because the malt drying techniques were made considerably more efficient.

Beronia Reserva is made from a selection of the best grapes from the oldest Tempranillo vines, plus some Graciano y Mazuelo. After a spell undergoing cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation with periodic pumping over to extract the desired colour and aromas, the wine spent 18 months in mixed French and American oak barrels to create the unmistakable 'Beronia Style'. Lastly the wine was left to rest in the bottle a further 18 months before being released to the market.

Atractive and intriguing on the nose it displays nutty aromas – roasted almonds, walnuts – followed by notes of plum primarily but also ripe fruit and a pleasant hint of white pepper, which all add complexity and freshness. Full bodied the palate, the wine displays balanced acidity. The flavours are mostly of ripe fruit, whilst the finish is sweet and smooth, bringing to mind cacao and roasted hazelnuts.

Our brewmaster, Jef Versele, crafted this exclusive Gulden Draak Brewmasters Edition as a tribute to his grandfather Jozef Van Steenberge and the 230th birthday of the brewery. His inspiration came from his numerous trips to the United States and his deepest respect for the craft beer culture. This exclusive Gulden Draak combines the technology and the craftsmanship of the traditional brewing process. By letting the beer mature on whiskey barrels it gives it a distinctive and gentle finish that you have never tasted before.

A fresh white made from a blend of grapes produced in Portugal's Lisboa region. Fresh and aromatic with notes of tropical fruits and citrus on the nose. The palate is light with lively acidity balanced by delicately sweet accents of ripe oranges and mango.

The beer has a mild, slightly bitter, ‘hoppy’ flavour and is easy and refreshing to drink. The beer is brewed using only high-grade, certified-organic barley malt, rice and hops. The rice used also has Fairtrade certification. Gluten-free (less than 10ppm).

Fresh, sweet and fruity banana flavour with a hint of beer in the aftertaste.
