Their influence blends well with a touch of rye malt and notable Belgian yeast esters to bring a natural and enticing flavor profile to this Saison. With just the right amount of hops it finishes dry, clean and bright. 6.0% ABV

Its fragrant nose has discrete touches of orange blossom and light apricot scents, clean and precise. The palate possesses ample weight on the entry and is well-balanced, with a twist of citrus peel leading to quite a compact, slightly bitter finish that needs a little more flesh to come through. Domaine Paul et Marie Jacqueson is a family-run estate in Rully, Burgundy, known for producing elegant and balanced wines. Established in the 1940s, the domaine focuses on sustainable practices and meticulous vineyard care.

The Rully vineyards benefit from limestone and clay soils, ideal for Chardonnay. The vines, around 30 years old, bring depth and complexity to the wine.

The Rully Blanc offers aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it's vibrant and fresh, with citrus, stone fruits, and a creamy texture, finishing with mineral-driven precision. Elegant and refined.

David Moreau is a rising star in Burgundy, based in the village of Santenay. Having studied oenology and worked in both New Zealand and at Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, he returned to Burgundy in 2006 to take over his family’s estate. David brings a modern touch while maintaining the traditional values of his ancestors, focusing on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in winemaking.

The vineyards for his Santenay 2022 are planted on classic Burgundy terroir, primarily limestone and clay soils with a high mineral content. This contributes to the wine's structure and purity. The vines are relatively old, averaging 40–60 years, which adds depth and concentration to the final product.

With white flowers, stone fruits and toasted bread aromas lead to a balanced fruity palate. Drink over the next five to six years.

Domaine Charles Audoin, based in Marsannay-la-Cote in Burgundy, has been a family-run estate since its establishment in the early 20th century. Under the leadership of Charles Audoin and later his son Cyril, the domaine has expanded to approximately 14 hectares across the Marsannay appellation. They are pioneers in promoting the quality of Marsannay, which is known for producing excellent red, white, and rosé wines.

The terroir of Marsannay, located at the northern end of the Côte de Nuits, is diverse, comprising predominantly limestone and clay soils. The vineyards used for ‘Cuvée Charlie’ are from some of the domaine's prime sites, with vines aged around 40 to 60 years. This maturity of the vines brings depth and concentration to the wine. The soils, rich in limestone, contribute to the wine’s minerality and elegance, while the clay content enhances its body and structure.

The 2024 release of 9 Inch Snails is a hazy India pale ale made with all NZ hops including Pacifica, Moutere, and Wai-iti hops for big juicy, fruity and resinous hop flavours.

This is the first fruit from the new Dicey Syrah vines and the results are impressive.

The fruit was all destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast and received 21 days on the skins with had daily punch downs. The wine spent 10 months in neutral oak and went through natural malolactic fermentation.

The nose is bright and expressive with boysenberry, blackcurrant and elegant violet notes leading to a palate that is supple, lithe and lightly structured.
