Fair Light is a first-ever blend of premium unpeated single malt, with the distiller's selection of Waiheke's peated back catalogue. Fair Light is named for the first ever synthesizer. This speaks to the synthesis of the two hemispheres that went into this bottling. 

Colour Amber Light 

Nose Heather, honey, vanilla spices, gentle peat 

Palate There are hints of heather honey and vanilla, followed by subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Gentle NZ peat smoke and chocolate. 

Finish Medium-long, dried fruit, chocolate.

The foundation and our essence: lambik as it should be; pure, spontaneous and complex. For six years, three consecutive brews from March 2017 fermented and matured in the same oak barrel. This fine lambik was bottled in a dark brown bottle and finished with the most excellent cork. For even longer cellar ageing.

6.9% ABV

For this Oude Geuze Golden Blend we blended lambikken that originate from three different barrels and four different brews, with three different brewers. This Golden Blend is particular in that sense that we used two- and five-year old lambikken only, and finished it with some freshly brewed lambik wort for the push in the bottle. Since a good 60% is two-year old lambik and almost 40% is five years old, the weighted average age of this bottle, upon bottling, is more than 31 months. Add to that at least a year of bottle conditioning, and it will have reached a weighted age of more than 43 months. Compared to blend 54, this blend roughly has an inverted proportion of two- and five-year-old lambik.
