Bright golden IPA with clean, snappy bitterness and luscious lifted notes of citrus, feijoa and ripe stone fruit. Just pure refreshment - it’s Kiwi in a can.

Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. This beer is a fun one and is literally liquid dessert in a glass.

Deceptively simple, we took our complex farmhouse base Austin, and dry hopped it with one of our favorite new hops, Strata. Stratavarious pours golden yellow with a pillowy head. Delicate aromas of straw and lemongrass transform into elegant layers of nuanced citrus, complex mango, grapefruit, bright melon and berry with a dry tart finish. TABA Nelson is our Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Hop Revolution. TABA is our rotating series that explores hop interaction with our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Nelson. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release. TABA Nelson is something for the beer and wine drinker alike. It pours a vibrant golden yellow releasing aromas and flavors of balanced citrus, white riesling grapes, apricot, pleasant funk, and crisp apple all wrapped up in a finish that offers an incredibly #balancedacidity. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, it will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

A superb lightly oaked Wairarapa Pinot Noir offering all the depth, complexity, structure and wind chiselled savouriness you'd expect.

The nose brims over with red fruit and spice; juicy plum, red currant, autumn mushrooms and dried cardamom.  The palate is weighty but soft and reveals itself over time.

We tweaked our Elemental base with the intent of not barrel aging all of it, and conditioned it on Banana, Peanuts, Oreos, Madagascar Vanilla, and Lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black 10W-30 motor oil with a quickly dissipating head. Aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts rise up before extreme flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thiccccc mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

Made with Peanut Butter, Marshmallow, and Banana- Fall From Grace pours jet black with a beautiful mocha foam and a full peanut butter and marshmallow nose. An imperial stout fit for a king, Fall From Grace is decadent and incredibly viscous. Flavors of fudge brownie, marshmallow fluff, and creamy banana pudding are complemented with spoonfuls of peanut butter cups and a velvety and luscious milkshake-like finish that helps coat the tongue, making this truly a dessert in a glass.

Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

Starting off with a thic(5x) base we conditioned the finished liquid on Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of Lactose.
Swirls and Spirals pours viscous with aromas of French toast, maple custard, and your favorite bake shop. The flavors work so well together offering notes of chocolate pudding, cinnamon coffee cake, sticky brown sugar, pecan sandies, and the perfect amount of vanilla frosting. We're going to need a bigger Boat! More delicious hops, and more flavour, but with less of a body. This Bright IPA boasts everything you want from a Hazy without being as filling so you can focus on the fruity and juicy flavours that you're after in a beer.

Czech it - Our most complex, tedious, and rewarding pale lager yet. The Chosen One arrives as a triple threat: an ancient low-dissolved-oxygen method, a Hochkurz-style step mash, and a meticulously followed water profile inspired by none other than ancient Plzeň, from which this style gets its name. Traditional Bohemian malt and hop cones, the finest water, and European yeast combine in perfect harmony to form The Chosen One.
