Unit price perHundreds of recipes involving Galliano are used worldwide. Galliano is an ideal "marrying" ingredient. It adds no intrusive flavour, but serves to deepen and give character to other ingredients, both ordinary and exotic. It is used both as a digestif and as an ingredient for cocktails, most notably the Harvey Wallbanger. Among its approximately 30 herbal ingredients are star anise, Mediterranean anise, ginger, and citrus and vanilla.Galliano is sweet and has a complex, vanilla-anise flavour with subtle citrus and woodsy herbal under notes. The vanilla top note differentiates Galliano from other anise-flavored liqueurs such as Sambuca, Pernod, or Anisette.source: wikipedia.org

Unit price perUntouched – Muroka Nama Genshu – Jyunmai Ginjo 1
Zenkuro UNTOUCHED Muroka nama genshu is a very special style of sake which can only be produced in small amounts from each batch of sake. Only the sake from the very middle part of the pressing process is used, after it has been laboriously drip pressed. This middle take is the cleanest and most delicate portion of sake. Without processing, aging or blending, it immediately offers up sake with naturally well balanced flavours, gentle umami, soft viscosity and delightful aromas. In order to share this with you, the sake has been bottled in this fresh, untouched condition; un-filtered, unpasteurised and un-diluted.
Zenkuro UNTOUCHED will complement the full range of wonderful food flavours.

Unit price perThis is a rich, food friendly red wine from Sonoma County, California.
"The Crusher Petite Sirah is a deep, inky color with bold aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, and fig jam. The inviting aromas lead to a medium palate with a core of juicy fruit flavors, toasted hazelnut and baking spice notes. The wine spends 10 months in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak, giving the final blend a soft texture with fine, well-integrated tannins."

Unit price per"Crafted in a small Mexican town, amidst the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highland mountains, every step of our tequila making process is meticulously done the right way at Destilería Teremana de Agave. The jimadores harvest fully mature naturally sweet agave, we then slow roast them in small traditional brick ovens, and distill in handmade copper pot stills. This creates a bright flavorful tequila that honors the land it comes from.
In life we care about the things that have deep meaning to us - family, friends, work, good times and the not so good times. Our tequila is no different. TEREMANA combines two words that are meaningful. 'TERE' derived from the Latin 'terra' meaning earth and 'MANA', the Polynesian word meaning spirit - Teremana is the "Spirit of the Earth".
