Lindemans Strawberry is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure strawberry juice. A dark red/orangey, slightly cloudy colour. Deliciously fruity with the flavor of freshly picked strawberries. This old soul is a celebration of the juniper berry, and a twist on a classic Dry Gin. Subtle citrus is first on the palate, before transforming into a pleasant juniper middle, that then morphs into a long warm finish thanks to a dash of nutmeg and liquorice. Subsequently it leaves you thinking, "don't mind if I do".

Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added post-distillation.

This gin is fantastic on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Tonic Water, Royal Botanic Tonic, or Old World Tonic. The recommended garnishes are a kaffir lime leaf or a fresh orange slice. With this gin being so well balanced, it is a fantastic option for cocktail making too.

Now we're talking next level. 

Domaine de la Solitude Chateauneuf-du-Pape is an exciting dry, full bodied, ageworthy white wine from the Southern Rhone's most famous appellation. It's a blend of Roussanne 40%, Clairette 30%, Grenache Blanc 20%, Bourboulenc and Picpoul 10%. Approximately 40% of the wine was aged in barrels on fine lees for 10 months and its smooth, full body and savoury flavours are beautifully balanced by the high acid components in the blend, namely Roussanne and Bourbolenc. 

Here is a wine to enjoy in a large glass right now or to age further for at least six to seven years, potentially beyond that. It will reward short, medium and long term drinking.

Distilled with raspberries and 100% Auckland grown strawberries this gin is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day.  The flavour profile is refreshing with a lingering flavour of strawberry, best served with a good tonic and a freshly sliced strawberry to garnish.

A Rifter is much like that of a forager or a fossicker from the early gold mining era; they explored the rifts around the hills of Arrowtown, searching for that elusive nugget. At the end of a long day, a refreshing gin was always welcomed.

Rifters is a small batch boutique gin. Handcrafted in New Zealand using flavourful botanicals and pure New Zealand artesian water. Made to be enjoyed in good company.

Rifters bottle represents those used by the foragers and fossickers of the Arrowtown founders. The search for it took them to the Arrowtown Museum. It was there that they discovered a number of original Dutch gin bottles that had been unearthed in the town’s surrounding hills. Those bottles had been left behind by gold miners over one hundred and fifty years ago. Rifters bottle is a representation of that Arrowtown history, coloured to match the schist in the mountains that surround them in Central Otago.

Rifters was started by a couple of kiwi builders who are pretty fond of gin. One day in the workshop, they decided they might have a nudge at creating their own. A couple of years later and a whole lot of trial, they figured things out.

Tasting Notes: An enhanced dry gin full of botanical flavour, pure, clean and balanced. Citrus forward, with a fresh dry finish.

Valli Riesling is inspired by the great whites of the Mosel Valley in Germany. Winemaker Grant Taylor describes this vintage as having flavours of freshly squeezed lime juice, Granny Smith apple with hints of chalk and jasmine flower. 

Valli Wines was founded by Central Otago winemaker Grant Taylor in 1998 and has since become one of the most collectible Pinot Noir brands in New Zealand with four distinctly different Pinot Noirs made every year from four key sub regions in Central Otago. Grant is the only winemaker producing a consistently diverse range of wines every vintage with each wine made the same way so that the wines each express the climate and soil variations in the areas from which they come from.

Northland Chili Pils is flexible. Rain or shine, it's drinkable. Big meaty koura right off the grill or simple mac-n-cheese, it's a go-to.

Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour it has unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination. 

Aperol's strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.

Smooth earthy flavours intermingle with dark cherry flavours in this new Pinot Noir which is made with grapes grown on a well established, older vineyard site which has a new lease of life, in the centre of Martinborough. The 3.5 hectare vineyard was established by the Brodies who sold it to Eva and Ross Mackay in 2018. The new name is Dublin Street Wines, the first vintage being from the high quality 2019 vintage followed by the great 2020 one. Both years were beautifully high quality ones for wine with dry settled weather, which produced great quality grapes that translated into very good wines. 

The vineyard is entirely devoted to Pinot Noir and planted with five different clonal variations (114, 115, 667, 777 and 5). 

The aim of the game now is to reduce oak use in the wines, replacing it with whole bunch and wild yeast fermentations; two winemaking tools that can accentuate structure and savoury flavour aspects, without dominating.
