Rosie's Block Chardonnay captures the best of Nelson in a full bodied, beautifully balanced and crisp Chardonnay with creamy nuances and a lingering dry finish. 

It is named after Rosie Finn, second generation wine family member and daughter of Tim and Judy Finn, who co founded Neudorf Vineyards.

‘Ruadh Maor’ is the trade name given to this curiously heavily-peated Highland Malt, distilled at Glenturret in February 2010 and filled into a refill Sherry Butt before being bottled in August 2021.

Colour: Bright Gold.
Nose: Barbeque smokehouse aromas. Liniment oil, black pepper and yellow sultanas.
Palate: Smoked meats with a sweet barbeque glaze. Some chocolate covered raisins.
Finish: Savoury meat roasting juices with a dusting of sugar and sweet spice. Great balance.
Bottles: 719.

During his time in Scotland, Charles Edward Stuart would carry with him a mysterious draught, from which he would drink a few drops every day. Nobody knew for certain what this formula was; only that it had been created by the Royal Apothecary. The apothecary would have imbued the drink with protective properties. He must have chosen Cloves - a dried flower bud of an Indonesian tree. This aromatic spice is still used for its powerful analgesic properties. Only the most prized spices would have been used. Many are convinced that saffron was the main ingredient. Not only was it renowned for its medical and sedative properties, but it would also have given the drink its rich golden colour. The secret selection of herbs, spices and Scottish heather honey is then infused by hand into the Scotch whisky base. Malts from the Speyside andHighland regions, renowned for their softness and smoothness, are used to complement the herbs and spices of the elixir. Created in honor of Reefton Legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, Gin-toting, 4-foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.  

Like its namesake, Little Biddy Botanical Dry Gin, is robust and hardworking with a striking aromatic bite.  Native Toatoa endures the harshest winter conditions without losing its fresh, vibrant tannic character.  Blended with elusive Tarata, Horopito, Rimu, and majestic Douglas fir, this is a versatile and easy drinking gin with a complex palette of spiced citrus and warm resin.

Vigor is made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the Marche hills, rolling down the Appennine mountains to the Adriatic sea. Aged for one year in oak cask. This is a very fruity wine with savoury undertones. Medium bodied on the palate with balanced acidity, Vigor is a very versatile wine.

A  very aromatic Pinot Gris with a nose exhibiting quince, dough, pear apple and cream. The palate is rich and intense with flavours of pork fat, apple and stone ruit - brought together in a bright acid frame.

Confidencial is a taste combination of classic native Portuguese grapes Touriga Nacional (aka queen of Portuguese reds) with the better French red grapes, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. These three powerful red grapes each adds oomph and power to this wine, providing it with a full body, dry flavours and earthy complexity. 

We think that Confidencial offers great value for money and has layers of flavours, which will improve over time in the bottle, but also drink incredibly well right now. Decant and serve in your best big wine glass. 

Portugal is the most western country in Europe and home to a diverse range of wines from crisp dry whites in the maritime north to full bodied reds from the hot south, with many delicious variations in between.

Subtle floral hints of lavender & orange blossom follow close by. Deeper earthy tones of cinnamon bark & nutmeg arrive next, but be prepared for a fresh burst of multiple citrus to linger longer. TASTES: Full frontal assault to the palate, a juniper & orange zest mixture. Closely followed by sweet lemon, taking over your entire palate. Minimum heat, minimum burn. Frontal palate flavours dominate, with small floral notes on the back palate.?Jasmine and lavender, quite delicious. FINISH: A warming numbness with continued juniper. Crater Rim is a small and high quality winery in the Waipara Valley in the heart of North Canterbury and this is a lovely earthy expression of Pinot Noir from this wine region. 

Savoury layers of smoked mushrooms and bright red cherry flavours combine in this lively red. Drinks well now and can improve for the next two to three years.
