De Koninck Bolleke 330ml is a Belgian ale from Antwerp City Brewery. This Spéciale Belge beer is locally recognised as ‘The taste of Antwerp’ and can be found throughout the city, in every bar, cafe and pub, being enjoyed by locals in riverside terraces. The beer was so-named Bolleke after the bowl-shaped glass in which it’s served.

Pouring clear amber with a cream-coloured head, De Koninck Bolleke has a malty, slightly hoppy character with hints of caramel and cinnamon. It’s traditionally brewed using water, yeast, 100% pure malt and hops, with no added maize or brewing sugar. Our team at Rodenbach came together to revive the essence of this iconic brew in our exclusive Rodenbach Evolved series. Crafting it involved blending traditional ingredients from wheat beer, saison, and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. We fermented this beer using our own special Rodenbach yeast culture, which gives a distinctive flavor profile. Following fermentation, we allowed it to mature for 2 years in the carefully selected wooden barrel known as foeder “93.”

This is a complex beer made with a mixture of malts and spiced with coriander. It is deep red in colour, rich, sweet, malty and full bodied. Originally it was brewed for a local town festival, it is now apparently a classic export worldwide. This is more commonly known as De Verboden Vrucht by the Belgian's and Le Fruit Defendu by the French, the bottle caused uproar in the USA because the bottle has a picture of Adam and Eve nearly naked on it - it was thought this but it was not a picture of Adam and Eve but it was a picture based on a Reubens painting.

Avec Les Bons Voeux is a strong farmhouse ale from the famous Brasserie Dupont. This is an intensely aromatic beer with hints of lemon, pepper, banana and clove. Imagine something between a tripel and a traditional saison.

The Cuvée des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson.

It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud. 

Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste

Kwak Blonde has a light golden color and a fine white foam head. It has a fruity aroma of citrus and apple, with hints of herbs and hops. The taste of Kwak Blonde is full and complex, with notes of malt, fruit and herbs. All this with a subtle hop bitterness in the aftertaste. The beer has a medium body and a soft, slightly sweet aftertaste.

The Du Bocq brewery created this wonderful brew and proudly presents this product at our online store. Deugniet is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma. This top fermented beer is blond coloured and very thirst-quenching. This lovely blond brew referments in the bottel and is best served cold. The Du Bocq brewery, creator of this excellent beer, launched Deugniet in 1858. They still respect the original and authentic recipe.

The Achel Extra Brown is finely pearly and has a modest aroma with sweet notes of caramel malt and a hint of vanilla.

The mouthfeel is soft and round and the alcohol is well hidden. The aftertaste is much less sweet than the taste suggests and ends in a light and pleasant bitterness.

The Achel extra blond is extra dry-hopped during the lagering. It produces a strong bubble with an abundant white head. It has a hoppy aroma followed by a spiciness.

In the taste, the hop bitter and malt notes are nicely balanced.

The beer has a long dry finish with a pleasant hop bitterness.

Kriek Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermented beer made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real cherries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer. Whole cherries are mixed with the beer during fermentation for optimal taste. Kriek Boon is a fresh, sweet and sour foaming redish beer with an authentic taste of cherries. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles.

Liefmans is made with a combination of light, dark and roasted malt. After fermenting for a week, the beer spends from between two months to a year maturing in our cellars, depending on the type. The typical bitterness, with sweet overtones, is created by blending mature beers with younger brews.

Liefmans Kriek-Brut is a deep reddish-brown colour, with a pale head and wood and almond notes. On the palette, you can clearly taste the slightly sweet, yet at the same time gently bitter fruit flavours. This is a beer that just oozes class…

Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. This Lambic beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected from our coolship and is aged for 1, 2 or 3 years in oak casks. The blend, a mild average 18 months old Lambic (unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised) is refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Awards at the World Beer Championships: 2008 Gold, 2010 Silver, 2012 Gold Medal.
