Unit price perA golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.
A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.

Unit price perWestmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow Trappist beer that undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle (9,5% alcohol). It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste.
The Westmalle Tripel is indeed called the "mother of all tripels." This type of beer was first brewed in Westmalle abbey in 1934 when the new brewing hall came into use. The current formula has stayed practically unchanged since 1956, thus more than 50 years.

Unit price perGouden Carolus Ambrio is a full-tasting, but deceptively drinkable, amber ale has a good fruitiness and a nice hop edge which tempers the caramellised malt. It is clean and precise, within an almost perfect balance of Challenger and Goldings hops. The recipe has its origin in the 14th century. The present version is a little more heavy and contains more hops. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical tastes of spices creates a perfect harmony between the powerful taste of brown beers and the freshness of the blond beers. This fresh aromatic and pithy light-brown drink can be served cool.

Unit price perThis light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make it an excellent and very drinkable beer.

Unit price perFor the creation of the Gulden Draak Smoked, we go back to the ancient tradition of malt drying: smoking malt. This resulted in a smoked touch of the malt which you afterwards also could find in the beer. This typical smoky taste was lost over the years because the malt drying techniques were made considerably more efficient.
