This is one of the oldest beers of Westmalle Abbey, with a tradition that dates back to the start of our brewery. It was created to drink with meals in the abbey, something the monks still do today. As a top fermented golden yellow Trappist beer, the Extra is unique in combining a low alcohol content (4.8%) with a rich flavour. Cuvée Watou Rouge has a blood-red colour that permeates into the creamy, foamy head. When tasting it, the sweet, fruity aroma is quite prominent, first of all, after which the taste of cherries and raspberries prevails. The soft after-taste, which does not linger for too long, creates a feeling for more. In short: summer in a glass.

Cuvée Watou Rouge was brought onto the market in 2019, at the request of our customers. After a one-year research period, our brew master was satisfied with the fruit combination that he had put together. This typical Rouge can tempt both men and women and should be seen as a fruit beer with a savouring character

Our Straffe Hendrik Wild is a wild variant of the well-known Straffe Hendrik Tripel. The beer undergoes a refermentation in the bottle with a wild yeast: the 'Brettanomyces' or 'Brett' yeast. This gives the beer a longer natural shelf life and ensures a special taste evolution over the years

Silly Scotch was born from a unique tradition and, throughout the years, has grown into a reference beer for its particular style. Its lovely red colour with more than a hint of copper is hidden below a beige head. Its complex aromas breathe the scent of brioche accompanied by raisins, fruit jam and fresh raspberry. This is a generous, full-mouthed beer reminiscent of a liqueur. The initial, most striking impressions are those of honey and caramel. The flavours of prunes and roast malt come through in the finish. There is a refreshing aftertaste.

Yes, you love her. But oh boy can she be difficult. But then again did you want her to be the boring mass produced lager type, the vanilla of girl friends? Of course not. Celebrating the intricacies of relationship we created this Stout, which has a lot going on. It is matured on Coffee beans, Cocoa nibs, Bourbon Vanilla beans & Tahitian Vanilla beans. Wow, that sounded tasty. To top that, it is aged on American Oak chips. This is a big beer loaded with dark roasted malts. Your mouth will be filled with coffee and chocolate flavours, supported by the warmth of vanilla. All is balanced by a good load of hops, which will bring this beer to a bitterness of 85 EBU which we hope is much higher than in your relationship. Cheers to her!

St-Feuillien Belgian Coast is a light IPA, dark golden in colour with subtle hints of orange and a firm, white head. Belgian Coast IPA boasts an unrivalled range of aromas. The main one comes from hops in all its forms. It has a complex character, with fruity, citrus notes alongside floral and herbal flavours with a slightly resinous dimension. The bitterness is both intense and diverse. Belgian Coast IPA is the perfect combination of two brewing traditions, where the aim is to create a beer that brings together the intensity and bitterness of an American IPA with a certain level of lightness and balance. 6 varieties of hops have been selected to create this beer: Challenger, Aramis, Citra, Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria, Styrian Golding.

St-Feuillien Quadruple is a very dark and dense beer. She is noticeably alcoholic. She distinguishes herself by a complex and finely caramelized aroma and with shades of Madeira wine and candied fruit and an intense touch of fermentation esters (banana type). A slight hoppy smell (English style) completes the whole. The mouth is long with a powerful body built on the density and generous apparent extract. The bitterness is present but sweet and blends harmoniously with the malty structure. The selection of special malts raises the chocolate side with the nuances of coconut. The saturation is average.

Traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

Rochefort Trappistes 6  has a reddish-brown colour with amber-gold highlights; soft body leads to earthy flavours and an herbal character. Refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with a bit caramel. Bottle-conditioned for soft natural carbonation.
