Braupakt 2024 with St. Bernardus: A Bavarian beer with a Belgian touch

Braupakt 2024 is a Blonde Ale - filtered, strong and top-fermented. Yeast from Weihenstephan, hops from the Hallertau and the area around St. Bernardus in Belgium make for a spicy taste.

Liefmans Goudenband is one of the most distinctive dark beers in the world. Originally called IJzerenband (Iron Band) ? a reference to the iron bands around the beer barrels ? the bottle gained its champagne cork when it was renamed Liefmans Goudenband (Gold Band). Made in open vats with beer of mixed fermentation, it is left to mature for four to 12 months in the cellar. Mature beer is then fortified with younger beer, so the fermentation process starts up again.

On the taste buds you will find hints of apple and cherries, combined with woody notes, while the aftertaste hints at nuts and dried raisins. The mildly acidic taste make this beer a perfect match for blue cheese.

Tripel Karmeliet is still brewed to an authentic beer recipe from 1679 originating in the former Carmelite monastery in Dendermonde. Written over 300 years ago, this recipe describes the use of three kinds of grain: wheat, oats and barley.

Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour.  The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.

RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect ap?ritif or session ale!

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

This golden copper color ale is brewed, fermented, stored, filtered and bottled before receiving a final addition of brewer?s yeast to create a dry yet not bitter beer. Tempelier then continues to mature in the bottle, which naturally carbonates the beer.

The highly subtle, elegant and gentle flavour of Traditional Oude Geuze, VAT 91, is due to foeder no. 91, which used to serve as a calvados cask in Nomandy. 

Now this foeder produces an excellent, gentle Lambic, which is just perfect for Traditional Oude Geuze. VAT 91 is soft, full bodied, complex and well balanced. 

The unique oval shape of foeder no. 91 provides optimal use of warehouse space.

Corsendonk Rousse is red-amber coloured rystal clear beer with a typical rich nose and quite a full and creamy head.

Caramel, light floral notes, red with a creamy and persistant ocher head, heavy sweetness, medium body, average carbonation, taste of caramelized malt with a well-balanced bitter finish.

Chouffement light, with character! Chouffe Lite is a typical Chouffe beer, with only 4% alcohol. This tasty and balanced blond beer, with a slightly cloudy color, is full of freshness. Thirst-quenching, with subtle notes of cereals and a few touches of spices, it is aimed at those looking for a specialty beer with character, but... with a lower alcohol content.

 Belle Vue Geuze Lambic  is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma. This famous geuze beer is richly colored and has a very fresh aroma. This Bellle Vue offspring as well results from spontaneous fermentation and mixing malt and wheat. This typical Brussels beer matures in oaken barrels and contains 33% wheat. Afterwards Belle Vue adds spices, coriander, dried, aromatized spices and dried orange peels
