Grand Cru is a speciality beer carefully crafted by St Feuillien Brewery. This extra-blond amber nectar masterpiece undergoes refermentation in the bottle, resulting in a beer endowed with unforgettable character. The secret lies in the unique combination of the most noble hops and the finest aromatic ingredients. Grand Cru differs from other beers by its absence of spices and a traditional dry hopping with Styrian Golding hops in bloom. Its full, white head is light and frothy, and when poured it creates a subtle lace effect. The very pale colour of Grand Cru lends clarity and brilliance to its body. This frambozenbier, or raspberry beer, is brewed using Bacchus Oud Bruin which sets it apart from most raspberry beers that are based on lambic or geuze. The standout characteristic of this beer is its beautiful balance between sour and sweet with aromas of very sweet raspberries, malt and earthy yeast. Bacchus Frambozenbier is mild and slightly sour with hints of balsamic vinegar. It sparkles on the tongue and has plenty of body. The roast malt contributes a slight touch of caramel. The finish is dominated by sweet raspberries and a mild sourness.

5% ABV.

This is a fruity beer of high density .Visually, Corsendonk Dubbel Kriek has a characteristic brown-purple color and a beautiful foam. On the nose and palate, this is the fragrance juice and natural cherry flavor, dominates this round cherry and sweet beer.

St-Feuillien Belgian Coast is a light IPA, dark golden in colour with subtle hints of orange and a firm, white head. Belgian Coast IPA boasts an unrivalled range of aromas. The main one comes from hops in all its forms. It has a complex character, with fruity, citrus notes alongside floral and herbal flavours with a slightly resinous dimension. The bitterness is both intense and diverse. Belgian Coast IPA is the perfect combination of two brewing traditions, where the aim is to create a beer that brings together the intensity and bitterness of an American IPA with a certain level of lightness and balance. 6 varieties of hops have been selected to create this beer: Challenger, Aramis, Citra, Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria, Styrian Golding.

A golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.

Tasting Notes

A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.
