Floreffe Triple owes its name to its high density and strong taste. The splendid mixture between bitterness and caramel characterises this beer. Like other beers made in Floreffe Abbey, it is not filtered. It may therefore be slightly cloudy if served cold. As the monks' recipe specifies, it is refermented in the bottle with yeast and sugar.

Blonde with copper reflections, topped with a generous head, Hopus derives from a secret batch brewed for the marriage of Paul Lefebvre. It has a unique and original nose, a blend of vegetal, citrus and fruit notes. The attack is bold, with an intense bitterness accompanied by a plethora of hopped notes. On the palate, the fruity top-fermented aromas and the malted flavours perfectly balance the initial taste without masking it. The bitter aftertaste is persistent but not disturbing, powerful but not overwhelming, elegant but not opulent…in short, the perfect preparation for the next mouthful. LEFFE RUBY

Leffe Ruby is the first abbey beer ever to be combined with red fruit. It is light, mild and very aromatic, with a refreshing and slightly spicy flavour. The subtle hints of rosewood make this a perfectly balanced beer.

Aroma: Spicy (clove), fruity (raspberries, strawberries, citrus), floral, with woody notes.

Taste: With its sweet and fruity aroma, Leffe Ruby reveals a palette of flavours characterised by slightly spicy red fruit notes.

For this Wijnbergperzik, we macerated vineyard peaches for about four months on three- and four-year old lambik. Two thirds of the lambikken have been brewed by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, one third by Lindemans. The oldest lambik has been brewed in October 2019. This renders the weighted average age to more than 33 months. The final fruit proportion is 388 grams of Moesel-grown and hand-picked peaches per litre of Wijnbergperzik

3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic.

 This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added.
