Bottle conditioned and dark mahogany red in colour, Tally-Ho's Christmas cake richness and warmth lends itself to wintery, fireside evenings. Each year's vintage is unique and can be kept and matured in bottle, just like a fine wine.

Clouded Sun is our take on a traditional Belgian Witbier. We've brewed it with a high proportion of wheat in the mix, hot side additions of orange peel, coriander seeds and chamomile, and fermented on a classic Belgian yeast. All this combines into a bright, orangey, effervescent and thirst quenching beer

Faithful Steed is a traditional German style unfiltered Pilsner. We've taken a base grist of Pilsner malt with a touch of Vienna, and hopped it with Magnum, and Saaz. We then fermented with a German lager yeast and lagered the resulting brew for 6 weeks. Faithful Steed is a clean, crisp and well bodied Pils with a refreshing floral and citrus hop bitterness

We love Simcoe here at Vibrant. It's a hop which is the backbone in so many of our most popular recipes, and it's about time it was pushed into the limelight. Bursting with the exotic fruit flavours of mango and lychee, and with a gentle bitterness, this is an expression of Simcoe through and through.

Pupa is built to sit between east and west coast styles of American IPA. Both aroma and flavour swell with a deep hit of light citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Oats create a full yet smooth mouthfeel and the fruity yeast strain lends a soft stone fruit flavour to the finish.
