Plunge into the depths of this mighty West Coast IPA which is swirling with notes of grapefruit, lime, orange and pine from the Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo and Citra Cryo hops. Buoyed by a robust malt base, these zesty aromatics make this beer hit like a crashing wave before tapering off into a light, clean bitterness on the finish - hugely refreshing!

8.1% - 'Double Dip' Fruited Sour

Two Bites, oak barrel aged beer, fermented with our own house culture and then ‘double dipped’ with Boysenberries and Blueberries for a rich colour, deep, soft fruit flavour and bright berry aroma. Go on, have another bite.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE HAZY IPA

Full-bodied and loaded with blueberries, with tropical fruit salad aromatics from the Motueka Cryo hops. Oats and wheat added to the grain bill for a creamy finish, underpinned by a slight hint of biscuity caramel from the malt.

Bears generally fall into two categories: terrifying or loveable. You've done well to get your hands on one that won't chase you through the woods. Although not grizzly, Juicy Bear does pack a bit of a punch. Brewed in the west coast IPA style, it's been dry hopped with Kohatu, Nectaron and Mosaic hops, then spiked with both fresh pinapple juice and Abstrax Skyfarm Pineapple. It's worth coming out of hibernation for.

Sundowner – Hazy IPA

Sundowner is a little gem with its creamy body dominated by stone fruit and tropical flavours and comes in at 5.8%.

Pacific Punch West Coast IPA- 440ml can- 6.3% abv

A clean, dry malt base built on Gladfield Pilsner sets the stage for the hops to shine. Generous additions of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin deliver bold, fruit-forward hop character, layered with hints of pine and a touch of dank resin. The finish is crisp and assertively bitter, true to the West Coast style.

Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road, where both of our brewers previously worked as winemakers. It also translates to murky or muddy water which is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA.

After a long period of trialing hop combinations, we’ve finally settled on our favourite match. This brew is hopped with Citra, Taiheke and Nectaron, which we believe bring all the sweet citrus and tropical fruit character we love in hazy beers, whilst still finishing clean and crisp.

Queenstowns hottest summer beverage is back.  Following its smash hit trial launch last year this is a fresh and zesty sparkling white sangria with a beautiful pink blush thats poured over ice. Juicy watermelon aromas meld with fresh grape and a light dry spritzy mouthfeel quenches all thirsts.

This non alc chocolate stout is cocreated with the team at Baron Hasselhoffs artisan chocolate makers in Wellington. Since February we have brewed stout micro batches and got to work building up this tasty brew with ingredients from all over the pacific.

Cacao from PNG, vanilla from Tonga, and a heady mix of spice to heat up your next beer tasting. In full strength beers the alcohol blends all the flavours together - not our beer - all the flavours play a distinct role in this brewlicious stout.
