Over at Bach we've been on the hops again ... reminiscing our fav childhood, Frank milkshakes.  Our big people Milkshake Hazy IPA infuses lactose, and real crushed fruit of mango, pineapple and passionfruit on a juicy malt base, and crammed with a heap of Nectaron, Superdellic, Simcoe, and Azacca hops.

Expect a smooth, silky, creamy texture, bursting with tropical fruits.  It's likely to dance on your tongue..

Our Mermaid's Mirth is a bit of a local legend here in Mt Maunganui. Generously packed with American hops where Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook deliver a citrusy flavour and aroma, supported by a clean and crispy body.

Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Azacca, Rakau, Mosaic.

Yeast: Keeping it real like a baby seal, Kölsch, 2565.

ABV: 6.9%

Endorphin: Part of our feel good range of IPAs. This time we used; Tomahawk,Amarillo,Centennial. Giving you bold upfront piney goodness that is balanced with notes of citrus and spice with just the right touch malt sweetness. All the right feels with this explosion of flavour- Yum!

This is a relatively new release beer which has a similar malt base as Dragon. We then added 3 dependable, classic NZ hops in Nelson Sauvin, Moutere and Riwaka in the boil and dry hop, to showcase the unique aromas of flavours of our NZ hops.

Shapeshifter Tamarillo Saison has a light body that offers a delightful balance of flavours. Aromas of spice and clove from the Belgian yeast paired with notes of umami and citric bite from the tamarillo are layered over a wheat and spelt malt base for a unique and satisfying experience.
