Nothing says ‘serious brewing’ quite like a bloke roasting chestnuts over an open flame. Our brewers got together for a highly intellectual discussion (read: an excuse to drink beer), and Ollie decided that what the world really needed was a chestnut-packed Amber Ale. And honestly? He was right. It’s roasty, malty, with just the right amount of nutty charm – kind of like the man himself.

Just like a 2-stroke, this unfiltered double IPA is loud, hoppy, and likely to blow your helmet off. We’ve injected it with Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief for maxed-out hop intensity, without the grassy hangover. Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe and Amarillo bring layers of candied lime, pithy grapefruit and fresh orange juice vibes, all sitting on a clean malt base.

Crack the throttle and hold on, this one’s built for the bold.

Named after Anubis, the god of the gateway to the spirit world, The Embalmer makes a timeless gate from the past to the future in the realm of IPAs. This West Coast IPA is a bold collaboration between Colorado's Westbound & Down and Queenstown's Altitude Brewing - a meeting of mountain minds and hop-forward intent. Expect a clean, dry finish with punchy bitterness and layers of grapefruit, resin, and pine. Brewed with precision and balance, it's a throwback to classic West Coast flavour with modern freshness. Billycan Milk Stout pours black as night with a creamy off-white head, it boasts Tahitian vanilla & cacao nibs. Expect roast malt aroma & a luxuriant palate with delicate carbonation. Coffee & cocoa laced with vanilla & rum lead to soft liquorice notes & a full-bodied, rich, balanced bitterness for a soft, toasty finish.

Barrel Aged Imperial Porter

Matured in bourbon barrels this Imperial Porter gives rich flavours of toffee and dark chocolate. A bottle conditioned warming, robust ale.
