This beer is a tribute to the Matron Saint of Emerson’s. Richard’s Mum, Ingrid. Without her belief, patience, and tolerance, Emerson’s Brewery wouldn’t be here today. So for the wise woman, is this Weissbier — her absolute favourite. It’s light and cloudy, with a sweet bready aroma, notes of banana and sherbet, and a tart, spicy flavour. Quiet, yet full of intrigue and backbone. Just like Ingrid.

A long white cloud of fresh flavours 'It's Kiwi as'. This massively hoppy aromatic pale ale, contains deliciously local hops for a kiwi version of the ever popular IPA. It is also quenchingly bitter, while still having great balance and mouthfeel.

4.7% - Our Mango & Jalapeño Salsa Sour is a bold burst of tropical sunshine with a spicy green twist. Juicy mango lays down lush, fruity layers while a trio of jalapeño, cucumber & lime adds a crisp, complex green heat that lingers just right. Its tangy profile elevates the interplay of fruit & spice into something effortlessly drinkable yet richly nuanced.

Like the rare beauty of a total eclipse, this stout is a dark and captivating experience. Layers of dark malts, chocolate rye and caramel swirl together with a silky smoothness from lactose.

4.6% - Oak Foeder Sour

Our Wild Workshop house sour, a pristine blank canvas that invites creative possibilities. Fermented with Lactobacillus and our favourite saison blend, then conditioned in an oak foeder. Muse is a complex but refreshingly drinkable sour with a soft acidity and citrus aroma. Beautiful as it is in its ‘natural state’, or as the base for exploring syrup and flavour infusions. Bottled inspiration.

4.8% - Our Czech Dark Lager (tmavé pivo) features 5 different malts including Tchecomalt Floor Malted Pilsner Malt from the Czech Republic. Rich on the palate, its dark amber coloured body with ruby highlights brings forth a variety of flavours & aromas. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate & cocoa pair with caramel, delicate bread & honey for a delicious and easy drinking lager!
