Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. This Lambic beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected from our coolship and is aged for 1, 2 or 3 years in oak casks. The blend, a mild average 18 months old Lambic (unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised) is refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Awards at the World Beer Championships: 2008 Gold, 2010 Silver, 2012 Gold Medal.

Based on the historic stouts of London which added Oysters to add to theirperceived nutrition Three Boys annual winter release includes fresh BluffOysters which are added to boil with the hops. Pouring an inky pitch black witha healthy tan head, Oyster Stout is dry, roasty and rich with some dark fruitand the slightest hint of brine. 

At 6.2% ABV it's the ideal winter warmer forthe frosty nights we have been having. 

It's also the perfect accompaniment to afresh bluff oyster or a hearty beef and mushroom pie.

This is our medal winning Roaring 40's Robust Porter.  We love a good porter for its richness but don't like a harsh roast bitterness; we avoid this by building the malt profile with nearly a dozen malts to create a rich roastiness with minimal bite.  Carbonated and Nitrogenated for a rich smoothness.

6.3% ABV.

this is a classic Paderborn Pilsener. 

The strong golden yellow color, combined with a white fine-pored foam crown make you want to taste this typical hearty Westphalian beer. Brewed with a particularly soft brewing water and carefully selected hop varieties, they give an original taste.

4.8% ABV

Lindemans Gueuze is a traditionally-brewed beer-style that originate from Brussels. This woody, fruity, magically musty spontaneous-fermentation beer aged in oak casks for up to two years before it is blended with young Lambic.

The blend of young and old Lambic, gives an exquisitely harmonious golden Gueuze with a distinctive fruity, oaky, woodrot and leaf-litter taste that offers mouthwatering back-of-the-tongue refreshment unlike any other.

5% ABV.

Say hello to Juno, Urbanaut's juicy lil' hazy pale ale that packs the punch of a full-blown hazy IPA, but with a deliciously sessionable ABV of just 2.5% assuring your dance moves stay slick all night long. Brimming with big nectarine, apricot and peach flavours and a gently rounded mouthfeel usually unseen in low-ABV beers, Juno is a LIL beer with BIG ambitions.

2.5% ABV.

Lusciously creamy on the tongue, this Imperial Strength Milk Stout is stronger and sweeter than its Double Cream sibling. You can expect the same full-bodied mouthfeel and bittersweet, mocha aromatics with a hint of spice from the Moutere and Willamette hops.

9% ABV.

On a good day in Wellington you can find us in Newtown, rolling around Riddiford St in pursuit of rad times. This beer has a full, tropical palate with fresh fruit aromas and a crisp juiciness that will keep you refreshed from the bar to the house party.

4.8% ABV.

Delirium Noel  is top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts potent aromas of dark fruit, apricot, caramel malt, sweet cherry, cinnamon and clove with notes of vanilla, apple, banana and yeast.

Taste is similar to aroma and also includes toffee, plum, and red wine with notes of pepper and bitter hops.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied and creamy smooth thanks to generous and lively carbonation; the 10.0% ABV is well hidden, and the finish is lingering, spicy, and dry.

Marlborough's Renaissance has had a cracking year taking out both the Champion Brewery Award at the NZ Beer Awards and Champion Small Brewery Award in Australia. Stonecutter is their flagship combining a rich complex caramel and coffee malt character with a hint of peat smoke, and a raisin and marmalade fruitiness. Stonecutter is every bit the match to a charred steak off the barbecue.

7% ABV

Our Amigo Mexican Amber is based on one of our favourite Mexican beers, Negra Modelo and technically is considered a Munich Dunkel.  Made with German lager yeast, all New Zealand Gladfield malts and malted maize corn, and NZ hops it is an authentic representation. This easy drinking beer is great for any occasion and goes well with any meal and enjoyed by all generations.

5.5% ABV.

The Monk’s Stout Dupont is part of the Brewery Dupont’s history. Indeed, it was produced in the 50’s. The aim was to revive this stout while maintaining the name and the design of the time.
Re-created in 2011, this dark beer is characterized by a dry and bitter taste. The use of roasted malts lends a well-pronounced taste of coffee and chocolate. The hop flavours remain perceptible though.

Delirium Tremens' brother, Delirium Nocturnum, is a darker style of Belgian ale from the Huyghe Brewery, featuring more robust notes of well-roasted malt at its core. As ever, it comes in their unique bottles with the very cool labels...

Plenty of the fruit notes from the Delirium Tremens can be found here, namely banana and ripe pear, but now it's joined by a generous helping of chocolate malt goodness. Bitterness is more restrained than the Tremens, too. More focus is put on the caramel sweetness and vibrant fruit.

8.5% ABV.

Yum yum is a Japanese style lager brewed with Yuzu to give a big refreshing citrus hit.  yuzu is a type of Japanese citrus that has similar flavours to lemon, grapefruit and lime.

4.7% ABV.

Emerson's - One for the hopheads, Bird Dog is full of intense flavours courtesy of American hops to deliver a smooth, resiny beer. Tropical fruit dominates the flavour with subtle fresh squeezed orange with a hint of pine thrown in. Given the name, the astute drinker will note a gratifying absence of any avian or canine aftertaste.

7.0% ABV.
