Zero Zero is an alcohol-free lager beer produced using a bottom-fermenting yeast. It has a finely balanced taste and excellent, compact foam.

Emerson's - The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus.  Which roughly translate as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone.  In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out.  Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.  Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

4.2% ABV.

St Bernardus Pater 6 is a traditional abbey style dubbel, chestnut in color, very fruity with notes of melon and very fresh banana, finishing with slight bitterness.
Delightfully easy to drink. (6,7% ABV) One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.

Our most popular beer, Dragon APA has a slightly sweet aroma with citrus and herbal pine flavours from Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight hops.

The use of Gladfield’s American Ale, Wheat and Medium Crystal malts provide an excellent base for a medium bodied and quaffable APA.

APA - 5.7% ABV.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Halo Pilsner is quite positively a monument of New Zealand Pilsner proudly brewed with glorious Gladfield malts and a free rein of Nelson hops.

You can expect a good lashing of zesty lime citrus peel accented with tropical passion fruit, all shining proudly above rye-cracker malt drizzled with subtle sweet caramel.

5.4% ABV.

La Chouffe is a strong Belgian blonde ale. The nose features lots of spice, citrus notes and stonefruit. On the palate the beer is rich and spicy with a lasting tangy finish.

The Mixed Six contains: Copacabana Brut IPA 7.1%, Diamond Head Hazy IPA 5.6%, Newtown Hazy Pale Ale 4.8%, Brixton Pale Ale 4.4%, Kingsland Pilsner 4.5%, Detroit IPA 5.8%

This tripel is a strong blonde beer in which both the bitterness and the fruitiness of the hops make their presence felt. The recipe has recently been changed to include a higher proportion of aroma hops. It has a subtle aroma with touches of fruit and impressions of malt, cloves and flowers. The main taste is of fruit. It is a balanced beer that is never too bitter.  The alcohol comes to the fore in the finish. The Kasteel Tripel is the mother beer for the exclusive Trignac that is matured in brandy barrels.

The heaviest of the Westvleteren beers, the 12 is a quadrupel style beer, which can be recognized by its yellow cap.

The Westvleteren 12 has always been rated high on beer reviews, and is by some considered to be the best beer in the world.

The first and only Trappist white beer in the world. A fresh thirst quencher with a refined character. Recognisable as a white Trappist beer due to the use of mainly wheat malt. Brewed with very aromatic varieties of hops.

What?! A beer that is both LOW CARB, and FULL of flavour? AND MADE BY EPIC?! When we noticed the increasing popularity of Low Carb beers we knew we needed to try and make the world a better place with beer. We're happy to announce that we have done it! Bringing the big hop aroma and flavour the Epic is renowned for, to a beer that is both low card and tasty. You can thank us later.

At a low 4.8% it's light, has a dry finish & is less filling but leaves just enough hop intensity to coat your tongue with deliciousness.

As far as we know this could be the first craft low carb beer in the market and we have had it professionally tested to reveal it has less than half the carbs of Epic Pale Ale!

Kerry Gray from Choice Bros. suggested a connection beer and handed us a vial of The Dirty Dozen from East Coast Yeast. 

We made a strong version of our Grisette then poured it into a freshly emptied Gewürztraminer , batch 3 a pinot gris barrel, then threw in the brett.. Barrel aged 10 months, Autobarn is more funk than sour, with winey vanilla overtones from the wood. Organic beer.
