It doesn't have to always be about hops. With the surging popularity of overtly hoppy beer, there's an extreme demand for the aromatic little flowers. The history of beer has never seen such overwhelming pressure on the international hop supply. With entire crops unavailable to the smaller brewery, these are the Darkest Days for the hard-core hop heads. But this isn't about hops. This is about a delicious oatmeal stout, darker and more ominous that your hopped up fears. Challenge your palate with this, decidedly, devilish drop. Enjoy full bodied bitter chocolate and espresso notes, with a rich texture, at cellar temperature with your friends and family.

Oatmeal Stout - 6% ABV

Leffe Tripel is an authentic blond abbey beer full of character that experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle due to the presence of yeast. Its flavour is robust and refined.

“This blond, top-fermented and naturally hazy abbey beer surprises on various levels. For one, the balance between the bitter and the sweet flavours is simply magnificent, as is its bouquet, which contains magical flavours such as banana, peach, ripe pineapple and a variety of spices, which subtly combine coriander and orange. To obtain an even more pronounced flavour, pour it into the glass at an angle, so as to mix in the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. If you prefer your beer sweeter and softer, don’t pour the entire contents into the glass.

A velvety milk stout, brewed with oats, organic cocoa powder and cocoa nibs. This decadent combination is apparent on both aroma and taste, with earthy cocoa and dark berryfruit leading into a creamy, sweet finish balanced with a touch of bitterness. 

An apt companion for the Winter season, we think that this beer will also make a perfect dessert with the addition of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 

For this years release of our Chocolate Stout we've used cacao nibs and cocoa husks from Lucid Chocolatier for a smooth chocolate hit, and oats for velvety texture

5.6% ABV

A New Zealand interpretation of an Old English classic.  Our Milk Stout contains a non-fermentable lactose sugar derived from milk.  Deep black and full bodied with mocha and milk chocolate aromatics, it is smooth with a slightly sweet, balanced finish.

5.2% ABV.

Lindesmans - Is it a sparkling wine or a beer? That is the question amateurs of exceptional products ask when they discover our Cassis for the first time. Cassis Lindemans is a fruity beer made from a lambic base which, thanks to its shades of dark purple and its aromas, is spontaneously reminiscent of wine. The taste of Cassis Lindemans on the palate is inimitable: intense and sparkling with a sour-sweet finish.

The blackcurrant aromas prevail over all the other scents. It tastes very sweet on the palate with a good acidity and a bold taste of blackcurrants, resulting in a dry woody note.

3.5% ABV.

A Belgian interpretation of a Scottish Wee Heavy. Big chewy dark malt aromas blend with warm fruit. On the palate there is a rich malt profile, some orchard fruit and a fruity smooth finish.

Hours of gameplay got you here, a grind of low level IPA’s. Now you’ve reached the Boss Level. This is no battle for a raw recruit. This is Ultra IPA - five different US hop varieties, 100 IBU’s and a massive malt grist to match - a can load of weaponised hop firepower. Warning - proceed with the utmost caution. 

Lower your guard and it’ll be game over man, game over.

Double IPA - 8.5% ABV

Straffe Hendrik Quadruple is a rich and intense dark Belgian ale. It is brewed with a subtle blend of specialty malts, which give the ale an extremely dark color and a chewy, malty complex character. The quadruple combines a clean dryness with a warm full bodied mouth feel and essences of fruit. Secondary fermentation in the bottle creates a living ale that can be aged and will have an evolution of taste profiles over time.

It is brewed by the last active brewery in the historical city of Bruges. The town archives first mention the brewery in 1546. Since 1856, the famous brewing family Maes-Vanneste has owned the brewery.

11% ABV

Best Before: 2027/07/10

Toasty aromas, rich malts, light caramel and chocolate flavours. Dark brown in colour with ruby highlights. Reserved hop presence, just enough bitterness to carry the malt. Residual sweetness, lingering mouthfeel.

6.5% ABV

The classic Irish style dry stout . Toasty, black and medium bodied.The nitrogenated can pours a big creamy head.

Kriek Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermented beer made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real cherries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer. Whole cherries are mixed with the beer during fermentation for optimal taste. Kriek Boon is a fresh, sweet and sour foaming redish beer with an authentic taste of cherries. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles.

4% ABV.

Panhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show.  A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words.  There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.

6.5% ABV.

An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.

YELLOWHAMMER

Bright and lively like a parrot, but small and ubiquitous like a sparrow, the Yellowhammer adds a flash of colour and a musical chirp to open spaces all over the country. The way it does a lot with just a little inspires our smooth and refreshing hazy pale ale, streaked with the striking tropical notes of Strata hops.
