Unit price perKasteel - The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer... However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate. This beer builds bridges with the world of hot beverages, with warming alcohol in the finish. One to enjoy all the year round: with a meal, in front of an open fire or on an outdoor terrace.

Unit price perIPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.
Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness. Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

Unit price perParrot Dog - Our troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It’s matured and evolved nicely over the years, with us. Big tropical hop flavour from local varieties with strong bitterness from an English hop to honour its origins, all balanced by plenty of malt.

Unit price perLike Slacklining styling a sour beer requires superb balance. Too far in either direction and it's not going to end well.
The tartness of this kettle-soured Gose (that's pronounced "Goes-uh") is balanced by the tropical combo of mango and guava and a dose of sea salt.
Not too sour and not too salty, Slackline Mango and Guava is simply a beautifully refreshing drop!

Unit price perLiberty Brewing - Originally brewed for the West Coast IPA Challenge in 2013, the name of this beer wasn't always planned to be so grotesque. You see... I had penned the name pretty much every hop variety i could get from the USA thrown in. However, whilst filling the kegs for this esteemed competition, a song came on Spotify and made the task so much more enjoyable that i decided to change the name. But let's face it: Yakima Kitchen Sink was a bit of rubbish really!
Anyhow, regardless of the name the beer continued to take out the champion spot which was one of the proud moments in my life. It's just a shame i wasn't there to enjoy the celebrations!

Unit price perTrois Monts refers to three hills in Flanders: Mont Noir, Mont Cassel and Mont de Cats.
3 Monts is a great example of a classic pale biere de garde, pouring a medium-gold with a fluffy white head. Fresh zesty hops give it a big nose full of citrus and hay notes. On the palate there is a heap of grassy hop flavour, sweet rich pale malt character and a firm bitter finish. The full bodied malty palate gives way to a bitter finish.
$7.50
Unit price perMild and light in taste, with floral aromas and a slight hint of smoked malt and a touch of bitter.
The taste is set by hops, a dash of lemon (citrus) and coriander. A Chimay Dorée from the tap is even more refreshing and thirst-quenching.

Unit price perThree Boys - In this Imperial Version of our famous Oyster Stout, we double the malt, double the hops, and double the additoin of that Sout Sea delicacy - Bluff Oysters. Let's just say it's no beer for land-lovers and should remain the special preserve of the captain's quarters.

Unit price perForget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.

Unit price perLong before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries. Taste: Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste.
Profound raspberry and sugar aroma. Plum and pink color with thin head and decent lacing. Malty intro with some carbonation evident in the mouth. Initial raspberry flavor is subtle and smooth on the tongue but soon becomes bittersweet in the aftertaste. Made a raspberry shortcake once with this beer and raspberries and it was pretty good!
