Toasty aromas, rich malts, light caramel and chocolate flavours. Dark brown in colour with ruby highlights. Reserved hop presence, just enough bitterness to carry the malt. Residual sweetness, lingering mouthfeel.

The Trappist Monks know how to turn a beer into a Sacrament.  

As mere mortals, we can learn from the brothers, by putting our local ingredients to work in a Belgian recipe.  This triple highlights organic pilsner and toffee malt and balances Nelson's organic noble hop varieties.  We chose the classic Wallonian Trappist yeast to give full expression to aroma and flavour.

This beer need not be rushed and may be cellared for many years as it will evolve in the bottle.  A warming drink, Good Lord Gold pours with a rocky head and a golden hue.  It is best served in a chalice or red wine glass.  Accompany with mature hard cheese, or sourdough loaves and fishes.  Most importantly, relish a glass with your loved ones on your own special fest days.

Panhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show.  A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words.  There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.

6.5% ABV.

An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.

4.5% ABV.

YELLOWHAMMER

Bright and lively like a parrot, but small and ubiquitous like a sparrow, the Yellowhammer adds a flash of colour and a musical chirp to open spaces all over the country. The way it does a lot with just a little inspires our smooth and refreshing hazy pale ale, streaked with the striking tropical notes of Strata hops.

4.8% ABV.

The taste of Kiwi hay paddocks and sunshine, bright fresh fruity New Zealand hop aromas (passionfruit, mango, citrus) layered over a firm biscuity malt backbone.

Refreshing and complex. As far as we are concerned the crucial element for a perfect summer.

Eddyline Brewery - We love the juicy hop aromas of the New England style IPAs but feel “hazy is lazy”. This slightly hazy IPA is bursting with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop aroma with a subdued bitterness and incredible drinkability! 

Named after one of our favorite tunes, this lightly hazed NEIPA is a fun party brew.

Our Korbinian, the full-bodied, dark Doppelbock with light brown foam, wins beer-lovers over with a balance of fruity hints of plums and figs, a dark malt aroma - reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate. Its roasted flavour goes well with smoked meat and fish as well as venison and poultry.
