Unit price perNorth End - Just because something is small doesn't mean it won't pack a punch. The little, delicate, dried flowers of the hibiscus plant are a case in point as they lend a pungent, fruity character, and deep pink colour when added to beer. The same can be said of Petit Luna. Hibiscus, Kaffir lime, spicy Belgian yeast and lactic tartness all brew up to a big refreshing blast of flavour fired by a light, low alcoholic beer.

Unit price perWhen theatres close their doors they keep an electric light illuminated on the stage, to keep the resident ghosts happy. With lockdown, Ghost Lights have been burning bright on stages around the world. Good for the ghosts, not so for those in the Arts. Brewed with extra light malt, oats and a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a brilliant white gold brew, with a distinctly spectral haze. Just what?s needed to raise spirits.

Unit price perDon’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem.
The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight.
A true sheep in wolf’s clothing.

Unit price perThis is a complex beer made with a mixture of malts and spiced with coriander. It is deep red in colour, rich, sweet, malty and full bodied. Originally it was brewed for a local town festival, it is now apparently a classic export worldwide. This is more commonly known as De Verboden Vrucht by the Belgian's and Le Fruit Defendu by the French, the bottle caused uproar in the USA because the bottle has a picture of Adam and Eve nearly naked on it - it was thought this but it was not a picture of Adam and Eve but it was a picture based on a Reubens painting.

Unit price perKasteel Donker is a member of the Belgian quadrupel family. These are strong, sweet to bitter, dark brown beers where the malt predominates. They were inspired by the beers of the Trappist brewers. It is a full-mouthed, malty beer with touches of caramel, coffee and chocolate coming from the roast malt. The sweet initial taste is quite surprising. Further tasting shows this beer to be intriguingly complex.

Unit price perA golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.
A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.
