The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.

Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time.
Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel.

During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.

Surely, therefore, our Saison Dupont is considered as “the classic” among the Belgian season beers!

Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created.
Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

6.5% ABV.

Gulden Draak is a high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. The white bottle, the black banner, the golden dragon and the red letters, constitute a stylish result that has no equal among the many Belgian special beers.

10.5% ABV - Belgian Strong Dark Ale

The Garage Project are known for their outrageously flavoured and spectacularly branded beers. BEER marks a profound and deliberate departure from the plan with its straightforward generically branded can and straight up Czech Pilsner inside. Herbal,crisp and refreshing, BEER was made for summer.  

4.8% ABV

inspired by the wild iron-rich beaches of the west coast we devised a smooth warming stout that combines oats, caramelised rye, and chocolate wheat malt with our fruity English yeast strain and some lightly zesty Nelson hops. The result is a stout fit to fortify against wild west coast winter storms and the perfect match to a night beside the fire. 

6.0% ABV.

When theatres close their doors they keep an electric light illuminated on the stage, to keep the resident ghosts happy. With lockdown, Ghost Lights have been burning bright on stages around the world. Good for the ghosts, not so for those in the Arts. Brewed with extra light malt, oats and a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a brilliant white gold brew, with a distinctly spectral haze. Just what’s needed to raise spirits.

5.0% ABV.

North End's interpretation of a traditional Gose combining mild lactic tartness , coriander spicing and a malt accenting salt character. 

5% ABV.

An amber Bavarian wheat beer. Pouring a light amber with a rich white head.  Complex aromas of clove, nutmeg and apple lead into a full-bodied creamy yet crisp balanced palate. ; Bottle conditioned.   Featured in Michael Jackson 500.

5.4% ABV.

North End - Just because something is small doesn't mean it won't pack a punch.  The little, delicate, dried flowers of the hibiscus plant are a case in point as they lend a pungent, fruity character, and deep pink colour when added to beer.  The same can be said of Petit Luna.  Hibiscus, Kaffir lime, spicy Belgian yeast and lactic tartness all brew up to a big refreshing blast of flavour fired by a light, low alcoholic beer.

2.5% ABV.

Don’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. 

The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight.

Session IPA - 2.2% ABV

Garagista (5.8% IPA)Brewed and double dry-hopped with NZ, Australia, and US hop varieties. Embrace the Garagista spirit; good things can come from the garage.

A lightly cloudy German wheat beer with crisp citrus notes. Bottle Conditioned.

5.1% ABV

Pours a dark colour with a full and impressive palate. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant flavours, with ascending complex vinous notes.

9.2% ABV

Lindemans Kriek is created by adding fresh black cherries to a Lambic that is 6 month’s old. The addition of fruits provokes a new fermentation in the oak barrels and after another 8 to 12 months, only peels and stones are left and the Kriek-Lambic is ready to be filtered and bottled.
