North End Brewing - Farmhouse brewers in Wallonia on the Belgian - French border produce incredibly complex and yet refreshing beers that combine spicy yeast cultures and light acidity.  We took these elements of Farmhouse brewing and combined them with locally grown Te Horo Blackberries to create an incredible fruity, tart and refreshing beer.  We think it's the perfect match to ripe Camembert and cured meats.

Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour.  The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.

A beer with body? the full flavour combined with the alcohol give you a warm feeling that slowly eases away.

Achel's regular dubbel, this dark amber , flavourful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% alcohol by volume.

It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining in the bottle.

Un Deux Trois is styled after the Belgian oude geuze ale. This is a blend of one, two and three year aged lambic beers. Lambics are known for their acidity and cider-like flavours.

6% ABV.

Emerson's - The orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus.  Which roughly translates as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone.  In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out.  Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.  Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.
