THE STORY OF TROOPER Real ale fan and history aficionado Bruce Dickinson, Maiden's vocalist, played a major role in developing the unique flavour of the beer, entailing ongoing visits to Robinson’s brewery in Stockport. "I'm a lifelong fan of traditional English ale; I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when we were asked to create our own beer. I have to say that I was very nervous: Robinsons are the only people I have had to audition for in 30 years. Their magic has been to create the alchemical wedding of flavour and texture that is TROOPER. I love it."

The unique blend of Northdown, Target, Challenger and Goldings hops imparts grassy, peppery notes on the tongue along with intense citrus fruit characters of grapefruits, oranges and lemons. The blend of Pale Ale and Crystal malts in the brew give a biscuity, toffee element to the beer. A smooth, mellow bitterness lingers on the palate to give a superbly satisfying finish. Featured in the Michael Jackson 500.

North End Brewing - Farmhouse brewers in Wallonia on the Belgian - French border produce incredibly complex and yet refreshing beers that combine spicy yeast cultures and light acidity.  We took these elements of Farmhouse brewing and combined them with locally grown Te Horo Blackberries to create an incredible fruity, tart and refreshing beer.  We think it's the perfect match to ripe Camembert and cured meats.

Sunshine Brewing - Born of sun, sea and hot afternoons, Gizzy Gold, as it’s known locally, is our classic thirst quenching and award winning session lager. Dry, crisp and refreshing, it has a lightly toasted maltiness over a solid Green Bullet hop backbone.

Lindemans Appel blends the juice of several varieties of apples with their delicious lambic ale. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, combines the sweetness of cider with the sourness of lambic.

Leffe Rituel 9 is produced with additional hops that give it a long and intense aftertaste: for this reason, tasting it is a real ritual.

Aroma: Touches of clove and vanilla, which then give way to hints of fresh banana.

Taste: The powerful aromas develop a spicy and distinct flavor in the mouth. The spicy, fruity and bitter aromas are perfectly balanced.

Only made every few years. 400 grams of cherry per litre is fermented together with the beer before being aged in oak casks. The result is a sour, fruity and well balanced beer with depth and complexity.

Ciney Blonde is a hazy golden beer with a dense white head. Pale fruity and hoppy aroma. Light yeasty notes. Malty and spicy yeasty flavor. Sweet fruity.

La Trappe Isidor is an amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.
