Arguably the most famous and most widely sold local Hawaiian craft beer, the Longboard Island Lager is an exceptionally smooth and refreshing beer from Kona Brewing Co. Tantric Haze Hazy IPA was brewed to be as tantalizing and as rich of an experience possible. We knew we needed overwhelming fruity aromas so decided to ensure this had a massive double whirlpool hopping followed by a triple dryhopping starting on the first day of fermentation and continuing throughout until our yeasts had given all they could. 

We wanted a soft and supple bitterness that was enough to balance but gentle and forgiving thus we massaged our water chemistry. We didn't want to overpower the aroma and flavour the hops had to give, thus did not add any hops for the bittering into the boil. 

Lastly we needed a yeast that had the power to biotransform the massive hop quantities into a bold rich juiciness. Any element by itself is not standalone worthy but altogether combine into this sensually hazy IPA that we believe will deliver you an experience of love and enjoyment!

7.0 % ABV.

Un Deux Trois is styled after the Belgian oude geuze ale. This is a blend of one, two and three year aged lambic beers. Lambics are known for their acidity and cider-like flavours.

6% ABV.

A silky and full stout from one of the fastest growing local craft beer breweries Panhead. They've specially imported caramelized oats to give this stout body and texture, it's big but balanced as is generally the case with anything from Panhead.

5.5% ABV.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Easy drinking designed to be quaffed.  Look at that golden colour & crisp white head glistening in the sun.  Now touch it to the tongue for some of the latest US hops.

5.1% ABV.

this is a classic Paderborn Pilsener. 

The strong golden yellow color, combined with a white fine-pored foam crown make you want to taste this typical hearty Westphalian beer. Brewed with a particularly soft brewing water and carefully selected hop varieties, they give an original taste.

4.8% ABV

La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest ale of La Trappe Trappist ales and is eponymous of this ale style. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel.

10% ABV.

If the sky is clear and cool, and you’re very lucky, you might witness a sundog: apparitions that accompany the true sun, an atmospheric trick of light and ice. Our own Sundog, a pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.

5.2% ABV

Sake bomb, Sake bomb, sake bomb...hey. Following our well received collab with ZenKuro sake brewery in 2019 we have teamed up again, this time with a different approach. Sake bomb beer in one neat package...Not quite - but we have brewed a beautiful golden pilsner with locally grown southland hops and then re-fermented it with sake kasu (rice starch by product of sake production). Making a lovely easy going beer that pairs well with Japanese food and contains subtle aromas of rice wine matched with stonefruit. Just remember your chant before drinking!

4.9% ABV.

Independence means thinking for ourselves and we value that in others. Making a beer without alcohol was a challenge we wanted to meet. We have an ethos of resourcefulness and creativity in how our brewery is run and all of that was needed in brewing this beer with aroma, great mouthfeel and balance. Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour.  The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.

A beer with body… the full flavour combined with the alcohol give you a warm feeling that slowly eases away.

Achel's regular dubbel, this dark amber , flavourful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% alcohol by volume.

It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining in the bottle.

Achel 8 Blond  is a light golden beer with a massive 4 finger head that never went away. The head was so white & frothy I let it sit for 10-15 minutes & it never went away. Aroma was grassy & spritzy & had a fair amount of carbonation. Taste was the same as the aroma & was a very smooth beer.
