Sunshine Brewing - Born of sun, sea and hot afternoons, Gizzy Gold, as it’s known locally, is our classic thirst quenching and award winning session lager. Dry, crisp and refreshing, it has a lightly toasted maltiness over a solid Green Bullet hop backbone.

Would you like to taste an intriguing beer? Then Petrus RED is definitely something for you. A beer for those who dare to take a risk. It has a full and powerful taste, with a pleasant cherry flavour. Be warned: it’s a very smooth beer.

Leffe Rituel 9 is produced with additional hops that give it a long and intense aftertaste: for this reason, tasting it is a real ritual.

Aroma: Touches of clove and vanilla, which then give way to hints of fresh banana.

Taste: The powerful aromas develop a spicy and distinct flavor in the mouth. The spicy, fruity and bitter aromas are perfectly balanced.

Only made every few years. 400 grams of cherry per litre is fermented together with the beer before being aged in oak casks. The result is a sour, fruity and well balanced beer with depth and complexity.

Ciney Blonde is a hazy golden beer with a dense white head. Pale fruity and hoppy aroma. Light yeasty notes. Malty and spicy yeasty flavor. Sweet fruity.

La Trappe Isidor is an amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

Tropical and citrus aroma from the Citra, Mosaic and Nectaron hops with a lingering and unmistakably beer finish.  ALL DAY.

Arguably the most famous and most widely sold local Hawaiian craft beer, the Longboard Island Lager is an exceptionally smooth and refreshing beer from Kona Brewing Co. Fermented and aged for weeks at cold temperatures, this flagship lager has a delicate and slightly spicy hop aroma that complements its malty, light and crisp body.

Lindemans Strawberry is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure strawberry juice. A dark red/orangey, slightly cloudy colour. Deliciously fruity with the flavor of freshly picked strawberries. Its sharp and full-bodied flavor gives way to a perfect balance between sweet and sour.  With only 3.5 % Alc and 55Kcal/100ml this is the perfect treat for dessert pairing.

Tantric Haze Hazy IPA was brewed to be as tantalizing and as rich of an experience possible. We knew we needed overwhelming fruity aromas so decided to ensure this had a massive double whirlpool hopping followed by a triple dryhopping starting on the first day of fermentation and continuing throughout until our yeasts had given all they could. 

We wanted a soft and supple bitterness that was enough to balance but gentle and forgiving thus we massaged our water chemistry. We didn't want to overpower the aroma and flavour the hops had to give, thus did not add any hops for the bittering into the boil. 

Lastly we needed a yeast that had the power to biotransform the massive hop quantities into a bold rich juiciness. Any element by itself is not standalone worthy but altogether combine into this sensually hazy IPA that we believe will deliver you an experience of love and enjoyment!

This naturally conditioned ale experiences interactions between the robust malt, hop and yeast characters, to exhibit an intriguing journey of flavour development over a period of five years. This grand ale should be savoured in moderation.

7.5% ABV.

Un Deux Trois is styled after the Belgian oude geuze ale. This is a blend of one, two and three year aged lambic beers. Lambics are known for their acidity and cider-like flavours.

6% ABV.

A silky and full stout from one of the fastest growing local craft beer breweries Panhead. They've specially imported caramelized oats to give this stout body and texture, it's big but balanced as is generally the case with anything from Panhead.
