This naturally conditioned ale experiences interactions between the robust malt, hop and yeast characters, to exhibit an intriguing journey of flavour development over a period of five years. This grand ale should be savoured in moderation.

Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is an artisanal product, made from real cherries and Oud Beersel lambic matured in old barrels. They are slowly absorbed into the lambic, which develops a fruity character and a ruby red colour. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is unique of its type in that it contains around 400 grams of cherries per litre. Oud Beersel Oude Kriekhas no added sugar and contains no artificial flavourings or preservatives.

the Oud Beersel Oude Kriek has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy. The spontaneous re-fermentation marries the cherries with the lambic and form together a pleasant tasting experience.

THE STORY OF TROOPER Real ale fan and history aficionado Bruce Dickinson, Maiden's vocalist, played a major role in developing the unique flavour of the beer, entailing ongoing visits to Robinson’s brewery in Stockport. Once upon a time in rural Shropshire one member of the village would ritually take on the sins of the recently deceased by drinking ale and eating food over the departed’s body. These ‘sin eaters’ would have been drinking mild ale, so in collaboration with our Shropshire born friends at Small Gods we decided to brew a malty, tawny, mild ale with a decent dose of oats.

The malt beverage is aged in oak casks, and utilizing whole cherries from the Limburg region of Belgium, as opposed to cherry syrup that is sometimes used in cherry beer production, Duchesse Cherry truly lives up to its name

Black Sheep - Born from the pioneering spirit of Paul Theakston who, in 1992, followed his heart and dared to start a new brewery.  Brewed in Masham, North Yorkshire, this beer is the culmination of six generations of family brewing expertise.  Crips, dry and bittersweet.

Framboise Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermentation made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real rasberries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer to create optimal taste. Framboise Boon is a dry complex beer with aroma of vanilla and wood. The raspberries give a crispy, delicious and slightly sour tast. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles and has won many prices for their different products.

Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. This Lambic beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected from our coolship and is aged for 1, 2 or 3 years in oak casks. The blend, a mild average 18 months old Lambic (unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised) is refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Awards at the World Beer Championships: 2008 Gold, 2010 Silver, 2012 Gold Medal.
