Independence means thinking for ourselves and we value that in others. Making a beer without alcohol was a challenge we wanted to meet. We have an ethos of resourcefulness and creativity in how our brewery is run and all of that was needed in brewing this beer with aroma, great mouthfeel and balance. Lindemans Strawberry is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure strawberry juice. A dark red/orangey, slightly cloudy colour. Deliciously fruity with the flavor of freshly picked strawberries. Its sharp and full-bodied flavor gives way to a perfect balance between sweet and sour.  With only 3.5 % Alc and 55Kcal/100ml this is the perfect treat for dessert pairing.

A Kiwi classic, Emerson’s Pilsner beautifully showcases Nelson grown Riwaka hops. It's overt fruitiness oozes citrus and passionfruit aromas and flavours, and begs comparison with Marlborough’s world-beating Sauvignon Blancs. The beer’s palate shows a hint of early malt sweetness but develops a lengthy dry finish.

4.9% ABV

Timmermans Pêche is made by adding 100% natural peach flavouring to lambic fermenting in oak barrels. This beer’s characteristic aroma is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety flavour and a creamy foam. Timmermans Pêche is a fruity drink, very easy on the palate, to be drunk with a smile on one’s lips.

Taste-wise …

A powerful fruit aroma immediately followed by the flavour of the peach. A mature beer which shows clear evidence of its maceration with the fruit. A sweet and fruity flavour with just a hint of bitterness from the peach kernel and skin.

Belgian Blond Ale, with refermentation in the bottle.
Fully bodied blond with a beautiful, natural haziness.
Well balanced with fruity, soft finish. Lively, fruity aromas thanks to the use of orange zest and dry hopping.

No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6,66%: just like the classic Duvel, it’s based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping technique.

Lowenbrau Helles Lager is one of the finest and most popular German beers on the market and for good reason. Lowenbrau Beer has been brewed since 1383.

 Löwenbräu is still produced in Munich, Germany. This best selling German Beer has a refreshing yet characteristic taste. With it being slightly dry, spicy, with a trace of malt and delicately bitter, it makes for the most moorish taste.

Traditional Duchesse de Bourgogne with Belgian cherries and chocolate essence added during the maturation process in oak casks (foeders). 20 kg of whole Belgian cherries are used in the production of each 100 liters of Chocolate Duchesse Cherry.

Brewed only on a full moon, King Goblin is crafted from roasted chocolate and crystal malts with infusions of Fuggles, Sovereign, Styrian and Cascade hops. This beer is
indulgently rich, full and smooth.

Light malt sweetness for the Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops to shine their zingy and fruity heads off.

Chimay Red is noted for its coppery colour, which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The fruity taste is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. Chimay Red is bottle conditioned and unpasteurised.
