Unit price perOriginally brewed to celebrate the tercentenary of Britain's oldest brewer, 1698 is a characteristically hoppy Kentish ale, and has Protected Geographical Indication, the same unique regional protection afforded to Champagne and Parma Ham.
The ale matures naturally in the bottle and can be enjoyed fresh or allowed to settle for a few months to mellow. The natural effervescence produced by bottle-conditioning – the interaction of yeast and brewing sugars – gives 1698 fine, Champagne-like bubbles that further enhance the fragrance, flavour and overall drinking experience.
A silver medal winner in the Taste of Britain Awards, 1698 has been included in the International Beer Challenge's World's Top 50 Beers and has won a Gold Award from the British Bottlers' Institute.

Unit price perThis frambozenbier, or raspberry beer, is brewed using Bacchus Oud Bruin which sets it apart from most raspberry beers that are based on lambic or geuze. The standout characteristic of this beer is its beautiful balance between sour and sweet with aromas of very sweet raspberries, malt and earthy yeast. Bacchus Frambozenbier is mild and slightly sour with hints of balsamic vinegar. It sparkles on the tongue and has plenty of body. The roast malt contributes a slight touch of caramel. The finish is dominated by sweet raspberries and a mild sourness.

Unit price perThe land has bones , it has a structure , a nature , a spirit and perhaps most importantly it has a flavour. In the Wallonia region of Belgium brewers continue a tradition of brewing farmhouse ales with the locally grown barley and yeast strains developed over generations. Bones of the Land is our take on these classic farmhouse ales combining malted barley from the Rangitikei with a smack of herbal hop and our own complex farmhouse ale yeast. The result is the produce of our corner of the world, the taste of here, the bones of our land.

Unit price perOud Bruin, the traditional brown ale of Flemish Belgium, here painstakingly recreated and lovingly tended by Dave Bell, our Wild Workshop brewer. Prolonged ageing in wood with a blend of yeasts and Lactobacillus creates a beer bursting wit dark sour cherry and dried fruit flavours, topped off with coffee and chocolate notes. Dark and complex, a little bit like our Dave.
Ask not for whom the Bell toils, he toils for thee.

Unit price perIt’s time to level up our Hazy IPA offering. People have been loving the Epic Hazy orange cans so much they have asked us when are we going to do a six pack. Well the answer is, NOW! We have taken the best of all our Hazy IPA recipes over the last 12 months and we have “cranked up the juice”.
We had already spent two years researching and tasting all the hazy IPA’s so we could come up with the ultimate recipe. We have also now brewed a bunch of different versions using different hop combinations over the last 18 months. We think that all the time and effort that has gone into making stunning Hazy IPA recipes will really show up in this beer. We have used an “Epic” amount of hops as you would expect from us. We got the biggest, juiciest, stickiest Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops we could find. A blend of T90 and Cryo hops to give the maximum desired aromas and flavours. It’s like drizzling freshly squeezed passionfruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue.
A super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy with being able to sit down and drink a few from the six pack. Share some with a friend. They will thank you for it.

Unit price perBehind the walls of several Belgian monasteries there exists a tradition of making strong, dark, rich, fruity beers packed with the flavours and aromas of dark sugar and dried fruit. The strongest of these are often referred to as quadrupels. Our anniversary beer, Cuvée de Moor, takes the dried fruit one stage further and includes a range of Moroccan fruit and dark sugars in the kettle before resting for a year in bretted pinot noir barrels. Raise a glass to our birthday.

Unit price perA dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. The show piece of the brewery. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, the beer can be smoothly tasted. The Abt has a very fruity flavour.
Beautiful layered flavours superbly balanced. There’s dark fruit in the forefront (prunes, cherries), and bright, slightly bitter notes in the back (orange peel, hints of clove and coriander seed) Great mouthfeel. It’s syrupy, but not overly sweet. This is an almost perfect quad, quite probably my favourite.
