Since 1822, Lindemans has been making traditional lambic brewing into an art form.  One of their finest products, the Old Kriek Cuvée René, is the result of a 3-year refermentation process.  The wild yeasts in the air of Pajottenland, water, malted barley, wheat, and aged hop flowers all contribute to the intriguing and complex palate of this noble beer.  A traditional kriek, brewed with whole krieken cherries that account for its powerful and fresh taste.

7.0% ABV.

A truly amazing barrel-aged beer. This dark amber beer has a subdued whisky and hop aroma with hints of oak, truffle, sweet chocolate and almond macaroon on the nose with flavours figs, cherries and dry sherry followed by a soft alcohol warmth, mild bitterness with lingering hints of vanilla and chocolate from the oak and malts.

10% ABV.

From the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripen – round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.

Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.

Timmermans Black Pepper Kriek Lambic 250ml BB 07/08/26

Timothy Taylor - The drinkers' favourite, and the classic pale ale, with complex citrus and hoppy aroma.  Landlord was launched in 1952 and has won more awards nationally than any other beer including CAMRA draught Supreme Champion Beer of Britain four times.

Taylor's Taste is achieved by using the finest natural ingredients- our unique Knowle Spring water, the highest grade Golden Promise malted barley, whole leaf hops, and our own Taylor's Taste yeast.

Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale is an aggressive beer. It pours deep red, copper with a thick beige foam head. Taste is bitter hops with a hint of sweetness, aroma of malt and toast, and dry mouthfeel that coats the mouth and lingers. Since 1997, Arrogant Bastard Ale has reveled in its unprecedented and uncompromising celebration of intensity. There have been many nods to Arrogant Bastard Ale…even outright attempts to copy it…but only one can ever embody the true nature of Liquid Arrogance! Arrogant Bastard is an imprint of Stone Brewing.

Brewed using traditional Czech Pilsner methods.  Fruit and spicy hop characters are dominant, with a wild malt backdrop and a crisp, clean finish.

Our Flander's Red- Red Bonnet Original, aged in a Waitaki Pinot Noir barrel for one year. Further aged for six months on North Otago sour cherries, with further bottle ageing. Cherry flavour is full with coconut nuances.

This light, dry beer has pleasant malt and hop notes with a round dry finish. Regardless of the time of the year, Corona is best served ice cold, with a wedge of lime that complements and intensifies the flavour through the palate.

NOTE: These bottles are brewed in Mexico and imported to New Zealand. This is not the beer brewed in China that is typically found in New Zealand.

Ayinger Brauweisse Bavarian Wheat has a pale color, and hazy with a huge rocky head. Flavours and aromas show the characteristic Ayinger elegance and perfect balance. Finishes with a subtle spicy, fruity note from a traditional Bavarian weissbier yeast strain – known to produce notes of ripe banana, and clove spice. Along with citrus, and orange blossom notes.

Blackbeard Coffee Stout is a result of a long term relationship with our friends and neighbours from Little Drum Coffee. We used huge amounts of carefully hand selected Brazilian single origin coffee beans, along with dark speciality malts. To deliver espresso flavours and aromas with hints of bitter dark chocolate and toffee with medium but rich complex body.

A perfect beer to enjoy not only on colder winter nights but all year around, for all of the coffee and dark beer lovers out there!

This NZ IPA is like a long drive along the west coast, beautiful and classically Kiwi with clean green pungent hop aromas. A clear gold pour takes you to a clean maltiness and a smooth palate with a mild bitterness to round off the journey.

Brewed longer to enhance the flavors, this Munich Dunkel-style Lager gives way to a rich flavor and remarkably smooth taste. Modelo Negra contains Water, Barley Malt, Non-malted Cereals and Hops.
