Open this Cold IPA and it’s like ringing a dinner bell for hopheads. To create something this monstrous, we needed more men. So we called our pals at Lallemand for a box of their experimental EXP-483 yeast, then paired it with Hopsteiner’s potent Alora hop (formerly HS17701). If the yuzu, sweet melon and apricot don’t unleash chaos on your tastebuds, then boys, oh boys you are braver souls than we are. Forget the boat, you’re gonna need a bigger glass

Goos, you're not crazy, the harder you run on that treadmill, the faster it goes. The trick? Run less fast! To help you do that, we brewed this thick NEIPA to shake off the chains of 9-to-5 existence. A trinity of Rakau, Amarillo CGX and Strata CGX. No silly, all those notes of strawberries, apricots and lemongrass are not a concoction. It's the truth, even though we didn't brew it. Mmmm, juicy fruity IPA.

What IS she having? Well, friends, welcome to Uiltje Deli where we the only item on the menu is this orgasmic NEIPA. We’re not faking it, really. Brewed with three seductive hops and a yeast named after a fruit goddess, it’s all red berries, sweet candy and citrus. Will our NEIPA have you pounding the table, pulling your hair and screaming "Yes! Yes! Yes!"? We think so, but there’s only one way to find out.

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is a golden yellow wheat beer, with a fine-pored white head offering aromas of cloves and banana. The palate is full bodied with yeasty notes and more banana hits.

KEY LIME PIE IMPERIAL SOUR 8.2%

Zesty, juicy and creamy! Bursting with lime, lemon and tropical aromatics from the Motueka hops and barrels of Key Lime juice, this refreshing beer is balanced by a smooth and decadent body loaded with lactose, oats and wheat and a hint of biscuity sweetness from the malt. A crisp slice of summer!

Our Märzen is a celebration of malt depth and balance, pouring a warm amber hue with inviting aromas of toasted bread. On the palate, rich malt sweetness meets hints of honey and biscuit, delivering a smooth, medium-bodied lager that’s both comforting and undeniably moreish.

Triple Stacked Coconut Cake pours thick and pitch black with a creamy mocha head and aromas of fudge brownie, almond marzipan, and big coconut custard vibes. Flavors are stacked high, with chocolate fudge, toasted sweetened coconut, and sweetened condensed milk with a nutty almond finish, harmoniously wrapped up into an extra creamy mouthfeel. Triple Stacked Coconut Cake is said to be one of Equilibrium's recent favorites, but we'll wait for you to tell us how all of this coconut stacks up!

This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017.

We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

Set sail on a sapphire smoothie voyage—a post-modern cream smoothie sour that marries lush coconut cream with bright pineapple juice, blueberry skins, and ripe banana purée. We’ve amped up the sweetness with pineapple, blueberry, and banana candies, then bathed it all in an otherworldly hue of butterfly pea flower and blue spirulina. Each sip rolls over your palate like a tropical wave of velvety fruit, leaving a gentle, creamy finish that feels like drifting on a cerulean sea. All aboard the nth revisit to the turquoise waters of Hype Island.
