PRODUCT OF GERMANY. Krombacher Pils 0.0% is every day, every occasion refreshment with the taste and character of a true Krombacher Pils. Very close in character and style to the regular Pils. Fresh, fine hop aromas and a light malt-sweetness at first, this quickly changes to the hoppy, delicate bitterness and well balanced style of Krombacher Pils.

This 24 month barrel aged Belgian Tripel marries the bold character of a traditional Tripel with the subtle influence of oak and the intricate vinous flavours imparted by the Graves wine.

Aged in fresh Chardonnay barrels for 24 months this unique Saison has undergone a gentle secondary fermentation from Dandelion & Nettle flora harvested from the meadow beside our brewery. Rich, oaky nuances blend with earthy, floral and herbal notes.

McLeod's Scottish Wee Heavy or Strong Scotch Ale incorporates their house English ale yeast and rich, caramel-laden malts. A touch of rye rounds out the native Horopito which lends soft, evergreen notes to the finish. A unique Scotch Ale, it’s the perfect tribute to Waipu’s immigrant Scottish traders who landed at the turn of the last century with fresh hope in a new land of possibilities.

We have known Emma and Gordon for years and having them over at our house always makes for a joyous occasion filled with good conversation, laughter and warmth. A vibe we have jointly tried to channel into this thoughtfully crafted mild. Please turn the can over twice before opening and hard pour this beer to  release nitro. Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique is exceptionally strong for a lager. Pouring an amber-brown colour, Samichlaus Barrique 330ml offers up aromas of roasted chestnuts, dark, dried fruits and smoked malt. s endless - & who are we to argue? So, to slake the thirst of our “unfiltered” friends, we’ve brewed another cloudy ale! And this one’s a beaut, showcasing two of our US hop faves: Talus & Mosaic. Floral, dank & fruity, the question when you crack into it isn’t “What’s there to love?” but “What’s NOT to love?” 

Juicy Little Thing supercharges the hop squeeze, serving up fresh-picked flavor on pillowy malt. Jammed with dry hops, Juicy Little Thing uses a specialized yeast to enhance the fruity notes of guava, mango and grapefruit, while also refining the smooth mouthfeel that helps boost the juice!

Fine Quail-ities is a fresh take on a classic beer featuring gentle marmalade hops US Chinook), supported by mild bready malt sweetness and the unique flavours of a warmer lager yeast ferment. Refreshing and satisfying!

Antsy Adam is a hop-forward APA, with layers of citrus over a light ale malt base. Orange, grapefruit and tangelo notes will give your buds a high five on the way down.
He’s late and dry hopped with Chinook, Bravo and Lotus hop varieties.

New IPA from Choice Bros

Introducing Rodenbach Evolved Saint Georges, a truly unique beer experience! This Sour Pale Ale boasts a 6.7% ABV and draws inspiration from the beloved “Gueuze Saint Georges” Rodenbach beer, cherished until the late 1970s. Our team at Rodenbach came together to revive the essence of this iconic brew in our exclusive Rodenbach Evolved series. Crafting it involved blending traditional ingredients from wheat beer, saison, and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. We fermented this beer using our own special Rodenbach yeast culture, which gives a distinctive flavor profile. Following fermentation, we allowed it to mature for 2 years in the carefully selected wooden barrel known as foeder “93.”
