We found inspiration in the southern hemisphere for this year's anniversary beer. This double IPA is brewed with Peacharine and Riwaka hops and a special ingredient called Phantasm - an extract from sauvignon blanc grape skins - all sourced from New Zealand. Combined with some good old-fashioned Mosaic hops from the US and an amped-up grain bill, we've got ourselves a unique sensory experience full of dankness and tropical, citrusy notes. A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It’s just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it’s a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Belhaven Black Scottish Stout really is something completely different. Fresh roasted aroma and taste with a hint of coffee from the roasted barley used in the recipe. The addition of Chocolate malt adds a dark chocolate complexity. Simply hopped with Challenger to provide a clean low level bitterness. The dry hop character from challenger is kept to a minimum allowing the key roasted and chocolate flavours to come to the fore

4.2% ABV

The unusually high content of finest Munich malt turns this dark version of wheat beer into an intensive taste experience: Light chocolate, cocoa and tropical fruit flavours impress first. Then wheat, malt and sparkling roast aroma. Hefe-Weißbier Dunkel is a muscular beer. Unfiltered, strong and nutty. At the same time, smooth and soft to the taste. A great accompaniment for any meal. And it even convinces many true wine fans.
