s endless - & who are we to argue? So, to slake the thirst of our “unfiltered” friends, we’ve brewed another cloudy ale! And this one’s a beaut, showcasing two of our US hop faves: Talus & Mosaic. Floral, dank & fruity, the question when you crack into it isn’t “What’s there to love?” but “What’s NOT to love?” 

This Hazy IPA brings a juicy punch with every sip and lands you squarely in tropical paradise. TKO balances a soft mouthfeel with flavours and aromas of ripe mango, passion and stone-fruit, rounding out with a cheeky little jab of dankness.

This hero of a double IPA is ready to confront any foe with power and might. A big hitter with power notes of citrus and apricot, Dragon Slayer cuts through the chaos with a great dankness. This is a smooth, stealth-like hunter you will not see coming.

It’s time to turn on, tune in and take a sip of this sweet leaf elixir, a crushingly delicious IPA with passionfruit, strawberry, citrus and white grape notes from the Mosaic Cryo, Strata CGX and Nelson Sauvin hops we’ve added to this brew.

The aromatics reach the next dimension with the addition of ‘Maui Wowie’ Terpene Oil from our pals at Medleaf, which bring layered notes of sweet pineapple, mango and tropical fruit to the party - get loud!

Juicy Little Thing supercharges the hop squeeze, serving up fresh-picked flavor on pillowy malt. Jammed with dry hops, Juicy Little Thing uses a specialized yeast to enhance the fruity notes of guava, mango and grapefruit, while also refining the smooth mouthfeel that helps boost the juice!

Crisp and clean like a snowball to the face is how we describe our pilsner. Different to classic European pilsners but with the heritage of all imported malts to create that signature flavour and mouthfeel. Called an NZ pilsner as it is hopped with all NZ varieties that scream to be shown, the riwaka and nelson sauvin show a medly of grape and passionfruit with a lime zing. Light to medium bodied with the creamy mouthfeel of well brewed german malts and a crisp refreshing bitterness to quench the thirst. Winner of a gold medal at 2021 brewers guild awards.

Set out for Clear Horizons, an IPA unlike any before it. This crisp IPA boasts brilliant clarity with a vibrant blend of tropical hop flavor, and a perfectly balanced bitterness.

Fine Quail-ities is a fresh take on a classic beer featuring gentle marmalade hops US Chinook), supported by mild bready malt sweetness and the unique flavours of a warmer lager yeast ferment. Refreshing and satisfying!

Dirty in the best possible, hazy way. All the flavours you'd expect from the original, just a little bit sweeter, and a tad more citrus and tropical, with a slightly piney finish. Best served in a clean glass.

Bordered by picturesque tank farms, beautiful power pylons and a strikingly gorgeous concrete chimney stack, the Sugar Loaf Islands in New Plymouth mark one of New Zealand’s most sublime and lush beach settings - Back Beach.Best accessed at low tide, Parakaki or ‘Seagull Rock’ is a short but treacherous swim away and is home to a secret ‘lagoon’ on its back side - a beautiful rock pool of blue water well below skinny-dip temperatures. This crisp Mexican Style Cerveza is brewed with a hint of maize and is best served ice-cold at the height of beach season.
