Think again, Homies! We’ve reimagined one of our OG cream sours with our pals at GROSS Brewing from San Sebastián, Basque Country. After crossing paths abroad in the Florida-Weisse capital, Miami, we walked away inspired to lay down an experimental brew on each side of the hemisphere. A kettle-sour base loaded with banana, QLD mango, coconut, and vanilla, all in the perfect amounts, will have you slurping your way to Michelin heaven. Jo ta ke, irabazi arte!

Bierzeit sits squarely in the realm of a traditional Kölsch style beer from Germany. From colour to flavour and mouthfeel, Bierzeit delivers on that tradition with a delicate flavour balance between malt, fruitiness and bitterness, rounded out with a clean, well attenuated finish. A Juicy with a twist. Unlike the classic juicy yellow colours often displayed in Hazys, for Solar Juice we used a combination of malts that create a beautiful orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the glorious morning sunrise. The hops are well incorporated to deliver a soft taste profile, combined with a subtle sweetness for an overall smooth, full-flavoured drinking experience. 6.1%

Mountain IPAs are the magical place where East meets West, juicy meets crisp. From The Cradle features hops from our Aussie neighbours and garners its name from Cradle Mountain in Tasmania, one of the leading hop growing regions in Australia. Galaxy and Vic Secret lead the way with citrus and tropical fruit and are backed up by Eclipse to round out the hop profile with background notes of stone fruit and berry. As always we punch up the piney finish with Chinook and Columbus. Enjoy!

Terroir Blend is based on the Megablend from Belgium. It is the expression of one year old spontaneously fermented 'Lambic style' beer from multiple breweries. We are excited that there are quite a few other brewers in NZ now brewing spontaneously fermented beers.
This blend is a 'Gueuze-style' blending of a barrel each of Ninebarnyardowls 2- and 3- year-old and two barrels of our 1-year-old.

Food pairing: sliced apples. Mussels, waterzooi, Thai green curry, strong goat’s cheese, fish, bread and butter.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where our spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
