Minerva Vienna is a bottom-fermented beer and red amber, has a faint nutty aroma and clean caramel. When you taste it and savour its distinctive soft sweetness from malt aroma. The termination is durable and mouthfeel is maltose. It is recommended to serve this beer to 6 or 8 degrees. To avail develop less foam cooler and warmer less consistent foam. Serve with sweet and sour dishes as marinated and Minerva Vienna beer refreshes the feelings generated by such dishes, also enhances the flavour of fish and vegetables.

English Mild Ale beer style. It received the golden medal in its category at the World Beer Cup 2010, making it the first Mexican craft beer to win gold in such prestigious international contest. Its Kent Golding English hops provide balanced aroma and flavor to its caramel malts and medium body.

When we talked as a team about bringing back Juicy Two Shoes, we decided we were keen to keep the same delicious hops, but improve a few tweaks here and there for the process as we have learned over the years. We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.

Rising from the depths is a Rogue Wave, our new core-range IPA.  Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but, we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt.  The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness.  A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya and melon.  A lingering but unoffensive bitterness makes it an easy choice for a session.

We have followed the strict German purity rules of the Reinheitsgebot – all malt, noble hops, and traditional German lager yeast to give you a taste of Bavaria. The rules don’t stop there – the German beer-drinking customs stipulate you need to always start your beer with a hearty Prost!, full eye contact, and a bottom glass clink. Best served with Wienerschnitzel, Sauerkraut, and Pork Knuckle.

APRICOT BRETT, WILD SOUR 5.5%

In the 23/24 summer, a harvest of deliciously juicy apricots arrived from the southern reaches of Cromwell. We aged them with two funk brothers named lactobacillus and brettanomyces and the result is perfectly funky, lightly soured, earthy, fruity, and bright.

It's a wild ride.
