Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but, we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt. The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness. A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya and melon. A lingering but unoffensive bitterness makes it an easy choice for a session.
