Unit price perDoubt is always lurking around the corner. We get that at Duivelsbier. Our beer embodies absolute exuberance, perfectly pairing with those moments when you do choose to take the plunge. Upstream, perhaps even against one?s better judgment? Who?s to say? But on occasion, you are granted a free pass. Some might think that?s kind of diabolical, yet above all, it?s what makes us human

Unit price perThe biggest of all Belgian beers, Quadrupels follow the monastic tradition of naming beers by their alcoholic strength. Fourfold is characterised by intense caramel, dark sugar and malty sweet flavours supported by raisin, date and fig notes.
This beer is can-conditioned, naturally carbonated via a refermentation in the can. This is the traditional method used for Belgian-style beers and allows the beer to further develop during extended cellaring.

Unit price perThis beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation – very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St-Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period. Whether served as a refreshing aperitif in summer or savoured during the winter months, the Triple is a connoisseur’s beer par excellence

Unit price perIn 2022, we released our own gluten free version of our flagship beer, Punk IPA. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. When it comes to brewing gluten free beer, we start the process in the normal way, using malted barley to make our wort (a sugary-sweet liquid that forms the fermentable base of our beer). The removal of gluten comes later in the process through an enzymatic addition. The introduction of this enzyme works its magic by binding all of the gluten in that beer, so when we filter the beer the gluten gets filtered out in the process. There’s no witchcraft involved in the process. As our Head of Quality says, ‘it’s just simple chemistry’.
