This 'Gouden Carolus Imperial Malt Box' has a brew of Gouden Carolus Imperial Dark which was distilled in 2015 and then matured for more than 5 years in oak barrels in our maturation warehouses. This results in an exceptionally smooth and balanced whisky, with notes of vanilla, plum and sweet apricot. This special whisky is exclusively released in this gift box.

A balanced blend of Jamaican & Dominican Republic rum. Clean and crisp, with a slight sweetness and a hint of caramel, an exeptional rum with an instinct flavour.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.

Silly Scotch was born from a unique tradition and, throughout the years, has grown into a reference beer for its particular style. Its lovely red colour with more than a hint of copper is hidden below a beige head. Its complex aromas breathe the scent of brioche accompanied by raisins, fruit jam and fresh raspberry. This is a generous, full-mouthed beer reminiscent of a liqueur. The initial, most striking impressions are those of honey and caramel. The flavours of prunes and roast malt come through in the finish. There is a refreshing aftertaste.

This beer has a generous head compact and firm. Its slightly brown colour is the result of the roasted barley. It has a dark ruby brown colour and a very intense aroma. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious smell. This beer is full-bodied with a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St-Feuillien Cuvee de Noel has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavour in this harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all the different ingredients

An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and quite sweet with a long finish.
