Slip on your lederhosen and transport your mind to one of the great German beer halls to enjoy this traditional Helles.

We have followed the strict German purity rules of the Reinheitsgebot – all malt, noble hops, and traditional German lager yeast to give you a taste of Bavaria. The rules don’t stop there – the German beer-drinking customs stipulate you need to always start your beer with a hearty Prost!, full eye contact, and a bottom glass clink. Best served with Wienerschnitzel, Sauerkraut, and Pork Knuckle.

APRICOT BRETT, WILD SOUR 5.5%

In the 23/24 summer, a harvest of deliciously juicy apricots arrived from the southern reaches of Cromwell. We aged them with two funk brothers named lactobacillus and brettanomyces and the result is perfectly funky, lightly soured, earthy, fruity, and bright.

It's a wild ride.

A balanced blend of Jamaican & Dominican Republic rum. Clean and crisp, with a slight sweetness and a hint of caramel, an exeptional rum with an instinct flavour.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.

Have a sip of this beauty and you quickly realize there is no going back, Rye truly is the new black. Brewed with Pale ale malt, rye malt and roasted wheat malt and
hopped with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra hops this
IPA creates a nice contrast; heavenly refreshing taste and the colour so black that
even the gothic prince of darkness would give thumbs up. Enjoy the soft touch of dark malts, the crispy taste from the rye malt and fresh flavours from the best American hops. Or drown in your darkest sorrows

This beer has a generous head compact and firm. Its slightly brown colour is the result of the roasted barley. It has a dark ruby brown colour and a very intense aroma. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious smell. This beer is full-bodied with a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St-Feuillien Cuvee de Noel has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavour in this harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all the different ingredients

An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and quite sweet with a long finish.

Good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and crème anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.

A powerful Armagnac, matured for 5 years in the cellars of Entras. The cellar master Michel Maestrojuan created a perfectly balanced non reduced Argmagnac.

Broeder Jacob Double Port is the first Belgian beer to be fortified with port. This brand new combination has brought something new to the beer landscape. The dark and full-flavoured beer has a subtile aftertaste of walnuts and produces a unique taste explosion that can develop to the flavour of a true vintage. The beer is fortified with the exquisite Tawny port Portal d’Azenha. This elegant and delicate port matures for at least five years in oak barrels.

The Achel Extra Brown is finely pearly and has a modest aroma with sweet notes of caramel malt and a hint of vanilla.

The mouthfeel is soft and round and the alcohol is well hidden. The aftertaste is much less sweet than the taste suggests and ends in a light and pleasant bitterness.
