West Coast of the US. Using a lean malt bill, crispy water profile, and a plain as peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, and bright hop character that fresh Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Superdelic bring.  This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

Meet Me There is a brand-new ice cream-style fruited sour made with some of our favourite fruits and coolest techniques. Obtusively packed with blueberry, strawberry and banana, we’ve then gone and layered this huge fruiting rate with a generous serving of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon donuts, and vanilla ice cream. It’s nothing but a good thang - meet us there!

Our Pink G’nT presents a premium gin and tonic coupled with Raspberry to give both a lovely pink colour and a fresh fruit flavour. You won’t find it sweet, instead crisp and refreshing served perfectly over ice with a slice of lime.

A classic English-style old ale, we forgo the holiday spices in favor of a robust, dry-hopped ale featuring a malty richness balanced with a complex hop profile. Hearty and warming in character, when winter approaches, it’s time for Hibernation.

What's up with this name? And a pink label! Man, this has to officially be the girliest looking beer ever. But don't be fooled, this baby is really a funky sour. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and with fresh rosehip juice in the brew kettle. The beer matures on hibiscus flowers and French oak chips. The extra dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops makes it complete. The result is a very fine, refreshing beer with beautiful flavors from carefully selected ingredients. It's amazing the hard work it takes to create something so subtle!

Non-alcoholic version of Leffe Bruin

Leffe Bruin is a traditional Belgian abbey beer with a deep brown colour and a full, sweet and fruity aroma. Ingredients include dark and torrefied malt, corn, water, hops and yeast.

A deep brown coloured beer with reddish tones and a thick light-tan coloured head. This beer smells somewhat nutty and the taste starts with a slightly hoppy bite, followed up by the sweetness of brown sugar. The beer is lightly carbonated and is very smooth, making it easy to drink.
