Originally crafted by Kentucky Bourbon hall-of-famer Eddie Russell as ?Wild Turkey 81?, Wild Turkey Bourbon is aged in American white oak barrels with the deepest, No. 4 ?alligator? char. With notes of sweet vanilla, pear, and hints of spice, this bourbon finishes with a flavor that is full and rich, whether enjoyed straight or with a mixer.

Premium Kentucky whisky, smoked with Manuka. Made in small batches with our secret Manuka smoking process.

It has a strong smoked single malt Whisky front followed by a smooth finish. Something quite special and tricky to make.

Tasting notes:  Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Pear and light fruitiness, floral, gentle spice, honey.
Palate: Crisp, yet soft & smooth, fresh fruit, hints of apple.
Finish: Soft & smooth.

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.

Colour: Rich and brilliant - see-through amber, but with a flame orangeglint that tells of the warmth to come.

Bouquet: Full, yet delicate; well-rounded; possessing a distinctive caramelaroma of the charred oak with a hint of vanilla; pleasant and inviting.

Taste: Rich in flavor, yet soft on the palate. A subtle level of sweetness thatreflects the marriage of grain and oak. Distinctive and complex, yet possessthe balance found in a well crafted malt or cognac.

It?s complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate, long finish that?s unbelievably mellow. Drink straight up or on the rocks.

Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond Rye Whisky is not only an excellent spirit, but also remarkable value. Named "North American Whiskey of the Year" at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it was awarded a double gold medal by all judges in a blind tasting and then beat every other gold medal winner. The nose is rich, sweet, and reminiscent of bourbon with notes of toffee, milk chocolate, tangerine, and baking spices. Elijah CRaig has a history dating back to 1789 and  is often cited as the father of Bourbon.
This gem is from bourbon barrels selected by the master distiller from a choice middle-of-the-rickhouse location and is aged for 12 years.

Unlike a typical 100% malt whiskey, Woodford Reserve is a Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey crafted from 51% malt and aged in new charred oak barrels, making it the malt whiskey for bourbon drinkers.

The base of 51 % malt results in a whiskey that is richly flavorful and complex and amplifies the nutty characteristics found in the original Woodford Reserve.
