IMAGINATION - Distilled in an  8 plate fractionating column still.  Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.

This gin is all the good things of spice balanced by the freshness of juniper and citrus. Great for balancing out sweet mixers and as a way to spice up classic cocktails.

The best of breakfast in your drink. Using Raglan Roast beans, we have made this smooth, round gin with notes of chocolate, tobacco and coffee.

Blossoms from Decanter Bay Road in Little Akaroa, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a fragrant blush pink gin with a delicate and subtle sweet floral finish. The scent of blossoms and summer in the bays.

This gin is all about Chardonnay, which is combined here with classic and modern gin botanicals. These include juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, all beautifully balanced by the big body and weight of Chardonnay, hence the name Blanc de Blancs - white of whites. It?s code for great whites in the wine world and now too in the spirit one.

Like the regular Coromandel Dry, you can enjoy it in cocktails or neat, but be ready for a mesmerising colour shift colour when you add a mixer to this pH-sensitive drop.
