Little Biddy^? Gin ? Black Label is characterised by a backbone of distilled local grain spirit, wild water, and hand harvested native botanicals, boasting an elevated sophistication that is truly divine.

Black Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. At 46% ABV, the concentrated distillate ensures brighter, more crystalline flavours awash with volatile aromatics. A sophisticated and layered gin, suited to quiet, contemplative moments, and discerning minds.

Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

Tasting Note: This limited-edition release represents a culmination of a decade of experience, successfully combining traditional distilling methods with our love of farming. The 10-year edition of our distiller’s garden gin uses 8 botanical we have cultivated in our Martinborough gardens to create a fresh and elegant dry gin.

The Bay Gin 700ml

Juniper, Coriander, Bay Leaf, Lemon. The Bay is a back-to-basics gin and one of our Working Title gins. Citrus and complex herbal notes predominate. Juniper and Coriander are macerated in our base spirit before final infusion with Bay Leaf and Lemon to create The Bay Gin. Complex and herbal with a bright citrus finish. Equally delicious alone on ice or paired with soda or a dry tonic. 45%ABV

Dunedin Craft Distillers brew and distill delicious spirits from surplus bread. Each 700ml bottle saves roughly three loaves of bread from waste. All our spirits are proofed with rainwater harvested from Mount Cargill.

A LIMITED RELEASE expression of Roots Gin created entirely by the winners of the 2022 Show Us Your Roots Cocktail Competition.

With ingredients inspired by the winning cocktails and produced into a finished product by the three champion bartenders, the Roots "22" Old Tom Gin is built over the core four Roots botanicals with the addition of pink peppercorn, ginger root and manuka smoked Golden Syrup.

A smooth, botanical driven off-dry gin expressing notes of juniper, earthy spice and caramelised melon over a soft grapefruit and pink pepper aromatic.

Best served neat, mixed with ginger ale or in a classic cocktail.
